Ambiente lindo, vista maravilhosa, paradisíaco. A equipe atenciosa e o quarto confortável.
O serviço deixa a desejar (não os funcionários, mas a forma como o serviço é organizado).
Pedimos um Clericot, não tinha espumante. Pedimos roska de limão, não tinha limão. Se não fizer o pedido do jantar com horas de antecedência, você não consegue comer. Muito engessado. Pouco flexível. Cobram caríssimo por serviços terceirizados. Querem ganhar em cima de tudo.
Pedi para trocar um item do meu prato de jantar e sequer avisaram que pedidos de mudança tem taxa de 60 reais.
Novamente, não são os Funcionários que são ruins, mas acredito que a gestão feita pelos donos.
Não nos sentimos confortáveis e nem acolhidos.
O que salva é a paisagem.

First of all the Staff. From the reception, to the kitchen and bar personnel, over to the cleaning girls, security and the support guys, everthing worked out fantastic. We were very pleased with everyones kindness and commitment to make our stay as much pleasent as possible. Including the Owner, who had everything perfectly organized. Transfer, boat, canoe, taxi, all were sincronized and worked just great!
5 Star Service!!!
There is in fact not much what we could complain about. Wifi could be working better and certain things like the transfer on a canoe could be included in the price or even better, being offered as a complimentary service from the Hotel, as the access by water is linked to tides, which vary pretty much.

Everything was truly amazing and exceeded our expectations - the food was incredible, the room was very cosy and bed super comfortable, the views are insane (the sunset, wow!), the staff were always very nice, friendly and polite and the place itself is just beautiful with simple but stunning decor. I can't recommend Ka Bru enough and will definitely stay here again!
Maybe the only thing I would improve is providing the boat service to Bar da Rô for free to guests - it would be a nice gesture.

That place is a piece of heaven on earth. My family and I had a very blessed time and would recommend others to go and check it out. It became one of the most favorites places to go on our family list. The staff is outstanding and Daniella is a super duper hostess. She provided us with more than a five star staying and was very acomodating of our needs. I can's wait to be able to go back there. The only thing I would sugest when you go there to get transportation through Kabru third party to get htere by a boat and do not rent a car if you don's want to go through the "VERY" bumpy road.
