Anne was extremely helpful when we arrived. Our flight was delayed and it was our first time driving in Portugal. Anne was available to direct us to the apartment. She waited and showed us around then helped us find something to eat as we arrived after 9.30pm. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean, beautiful and had all the amenities that are provided at home. It really felt like a home away from home. The room comes with a guide which is extremely helpful. Even though we live in a digital age it's nice to see a personal touch added. But Anne was always available if we couldn't find anything in the local area or in the apartment. There are two restaurants on site which are reasonably priced! The staff there are lovely! The location of the apartment is good as you can get to the local mall within 10 mins if driving and Tavira island is less than a 15 minute drive. The photos taken underestimate the property, as it was way above our expectations! The facilities were fantastic with a gated swimming pool and playground for children (however it does get hot) and free parking!!! We really enjoyed our stay and when we visit Portugal again we'll definitely stay here!

The only thing was one mattress sunk in the middle but my daughter didn't mind. Everything else was perfect!

We were looked after very well by Dina at the property. Easy check-in. Property had everything you could need, was spacious, well decorated, secure and comfortable. Location was far from beach but we knew this when booking.

Unfortunately during COVID times a flock of 40 pigeons has taken up residence on the rooftops surrounding the pool and they make a great big pooey mess. There was a lot of excrement around and IN the pool not being cleaned out. This is a serious problem, they will have to be culled.

Very close to the railway station and not far from a supermarket. Cabanas de Tavira village / sea front a 10 - 15 minute walk. Very well-equipped kitchen in terms of utensils and appliances. Nice touch with welcoming bottle of wine. TV, satellite channels and Playstation. Comfortable beds, very clean. Helpful host.

One of the bedrooms is overlooked from the external corridor and opposite the lift. Described as lake view but it has a road view from all windows. No sun on the small balcony, always in the shade.
