Hotel is a tranquil, oasis away from the busy Amritsar. Pool is lovely as is the restaurant, the veg biriani is the best I’ve ever had.
The music played during the day detracted from the peaceful atmosphere. Staff turned it down when requested.

it’s really so peaceful! location is good, staff is really friendly, the overall experience of staying at a heritage property is unmatched.

Everything has a story behind this property. The staff is courteous and friendly. very cooperative and understanding. the rooms are spotless clean and has a beautiful fragrance when you enter. Room service and restaurant are super good - I think we had best chai in all of Amritsar here. must try - chicken in Chinese style spicy
Location is a bit far away, they should have more options for taxis and cabs , they can arrange cabs only for 4 hours or 8 hours which is a waste of money if you just need a drop. I would suggest tp book an Uber or Ola to commute. Wifi is poor , it need a lot of improvement. if you need to get some work related stuff, you can’t rely on the hotels Wifi

Loved the stay , the staff and the ambience is very calming ... This is probably the first stay we loved wholly which is pet friendly. Will surely visit whenever we happen to visit amritsar again.

The staff attitude is great. Concept is good. Good quality and options are good. General ambience is fair and comfortable.
The detailing if the property needs to be looked at;
- The rooms, the doors don’t shut properly, letting in cold/ hot air taking the cost of air conditioning up.
- The taps/ faucets are not detailed leading to lot of splashing in the toilets. Lighting is low, it takes extremely long for hot water to travel probably because of central system… lot of wastage of water.
- switches need to be better coordinated with lights and some extra lights over the dress area.
-would like to come back and see if our recommendations were considered.

very nice, authentic look, a couple of villas United in this property. lovely outside seating area right in front of the room, like a little porch area. the rooms are very big and comfortable for a family. the food in the restaurant was exceptional - fresh and tasty. The staff were helpful and responsive. The location of the hotel was perfect for us - quiet neighborhood and yet not so far from the golden temple.

wonderful property and I will never forget they kept the chef waiting toll we finished our dinner and it was past 1.30 a.m. as our flight got delayed

We really enjoy to stay here. The architecture very beautiful, people of staff very helpful and kind. Also we enjoy the swiming pool. Comfortable and big rooms with balcony.

very quant property outside the noise and hassle of Amritsar. hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. food for breakfast was excellent.
our last night was ruined by a large group of other hotel guests shouting and yelling until past 3 AM. barely any sleep at all.

Place is done with style. Old rustic feel but comfy to the bones. Wish I could stay longer at this resort. Away from the hustle of city life. Perfect location for amritsar if u have a vehicle to commute or if u love serenity.
It's near the airport, hence 12 kms from the golden temple...
