Not come again

If you sit on the balcony you can see the staffs of the nearby restaurants look you 🤣 not to book this type ! We check in at 3pm 8/2023 very hot summer, I told the staffers the AC of 2 rooms are out of, they said it is OK and gave me a Fan!! At 9pm the rooms temperature 🌡 28C you couldn't open the balcony door ,the staff said the AC of 2 rooms were out of order, there was no extra room exchange!!😡😡😡😡😡😡

Very noisy & the swimming pool is so small, shallow not possible to swim. Just for little kids to have fun.

Great location in Jeju Ciry right by the markets, Black Pork Street and the shopping strip. Easy parking

Very unfriendly staff. Asked to move rooms as our room smelled very mouldy. The next room smelled of cigarettes despite being a non smoking hotel.

Location was good with convenient stores and food choices all around.

Basement carpark has limited lots and very narrow.

It was great for the price. It's near the lotte rental car place. And it's 13 min driving from a beach. Not walking distance. 20kwon for breakfast was pretty good. Staffing was pretty nice. Specially the guy working at night in the parking lot.

Pool time. Only 13:00 to 21:00 - I enjoy mornings at the pool. The carpet in the hall needs replacement.

- Nice location with ocean view, no sand beach but nice walking road and sporty activity around on the square. - Good room service: very helpful and fast in action. English communication is good for basic conversation. - Very close to Taepdong shopping street and traditional Dongmun market - Big parking floor with helpful support staff, he always reserves some good places for big cars if you travel with long autos. Good connection to all other main roads to touristic points. - McDonald is in front if you need some supper when all other shops close in late evenings.

- No swimming pool in June, only in July and after.

ocean view from our room is a huge bonus, Nice walkway available right next to the hotel to go on the water and get some beautiful sunset pics. Small businesses selling some soul food.

Room has a lot of musty smell, beds were not particularly comfortable. Not a central location. If we stayed longer, we would have moved to another location.

Excellent location to eateries and E-mart and other convenient stores. Walking distance to shopping street and underground mall.. The ocean view and the sunset is a bonus. The 2 usb points were very useful besides rhe power points.

The carpet in my room on the 6th floor is worn and dirty. Should be replaced soon.
