The house was well stocked with provisions for breakfast (milk, bread, coffee, tea etc) All of the rooms were comfortable and good amenities.

Lovely location, excellent service, lovely accommodation. Unexpected little touches of milk, fresh bread and butter in the fridge, and warm throw rugs to snuggle up in on the couch made us feel very welcome.

The location is superb, easy walk to town and beautiful outlook. The house is warm and comfortable and very well equipped.

It was beautifully appointed with lots of lovely thoughtful touches. The location was outstanding and the local surroundings were beautiful.

Nice place, had everything we needed and more. The owners were great and had great communication and the location is beautiful, with good views of the Lake outside! highly recommend. I like how the studio had two queen beds.
Not really anything. There were lots of insects around, some already there inside when we arrived.

Location right next to the lake & also a 5 minute walk to town
The shared common ground maybe an issue for some guests. Wifi didn’t work.

Very well stocked. Alot of extra, linen. Bright and warm. Beds comfy, everything you needed was available. Milk, butter and bread in fridge, condiments and tea coffee etc.

Location was perfect. Easy short walk into main town centre for shops restaurants. Situated right on the lake so perfect for a morning stroll before breakfast. Close to the Beechworth bike track so we didn't need to drive to get anywhere.
Hosts were very helpful with advice and guidance on places to eat.
Kitchen was well stocked with tea/coffee condiments and fridge had fresh milk, butter, bread. Plenty of towels, soap etc.
Undercover parking for the car.

Pillows very uncomfortable, a bit tricky being so close to neighbours who may be a bit loud.
