The longue area was very good.

The single beds were a bit small for my son who is 6ft 2in.

Good location for town centre and buses to Blackpool and Preston. Also nearby train station. Property spacious, clean, comfortable. Staff helpful. 2nd time here and would happily stay again. Ample parking. Some rooms with sea view.

This was an apartment so no breakfast provided but all kitchen facilities there. The location is directly opposite the beach and just around the corner from all shops, eateries and other amenities . We had room 3 and would definitely stay here again

The location of Manhattan Lodge was the main draw for me, BEACH FRONT! Views from your apartment of the sand dunes just across the road. I booked apartment 1, the ground floor apartment for easy access as I have a chronic pain condition that limits my mobility. It was perfect. Ramp access to property from the car park & ground floor access to the apartment meant no stairs!!! Derek, the host, couldn't have been kinder. He helped me in with my luggage and ensured I knew how everything worked in the flat before leaving me to my solo break. On departure too, Derek waved me off. I will be returning here. Loved my first solo break. Manhattan Lodge is ideal for all travellers but for those with limited mobility it has excellent facilities. The ground floor apartment is homely, has plenty of room for 2 for a home from home breakaway by the beach.

The ease of the place.

Would be even better if there was an on-site cafe. Otherwise we can't fault the place.

There was nothing to dislike.

This place is such a lovely place to stay. My parents have stayed here a couple of times before and highly recommended it to us. We wanted a weekend away as a mini honeymoon and St Anne's was our destination of choice so when we found a weekend where Manhattan Lodge could accommodate us, we booked it. The apartment was very clean and very spacious with everything you need and Derek was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.

Hairdryer and bathrobes not provided and we did not bring them. They were supposed to be there according to the info you provided. Accurate information please.

Derek is a lovely pleaseent host, nothing was too much. The rooms are big and spacious with all the mod cons. value for money and the location is superb 👌. We will be back in March 2023. All the best Derek.

The beds were a bit on the hard side but everyone has there own preference.

Our 1st floor apartment was a smaller one, but was cozy comfortable and very clean. Not a lot of hanging space but plenty of cupboards and drawers. Great location on promenade and with plenty parking. Easy walk to St. Annes town centre with plenty shops and good restaurants. Very close to bus route to take you into Lytham and even Preston. Opposite way takes you into Blackpool very quickly and so excellent for illuminations. Train station also within reach. Lovely walk along prom to Lytham via Fairhaven Lake.

Location was ideal for beach and town. Helpful host and very comfortable accommodation. Off-street parking available. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
