Good location, Bed comfortable when we eventually were given access to the apartment we had rented and paid for, a day later than arranged.

We were given wrong address. It took us a long time walking around looking for building to match photo before we found correct address. There was no response to our calls to contact number for help. We were told we could collect keys at apartment but there was no one there to facilitate this. We were forced to find a hotel for the night. Next day we managed to locate the 'concierge' who was away. She returned to give us keys and let us in. We wrote to the Host requesting refund for night when 'concierge' was away and not answering calls when we had to stay in hotel. Host did not respond to our request. We were left with a very bad impression of the host and her arrangements, as well as being out of pocket for hotel and having one hell of a day when we arrived to start our holiday.

Even with a facemask on the smell is unbearable. Its like an open sewer. Not possible to sleep there. We should have checked the reviews better because the problem exists already longer. Owner pretends he’s crazy..

We are located at the centre of the city. The place is really modern, clean and tidy. The beds are very comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. We really liked the pool too. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It's a bit noisy because the windows are facing the streets, but the view and location is really nice. They could have provided pool towels.
