From moment of booking until checkout - the experience was smooth, professional, extra-friendly. The property is beautiful and very peaceful. Elegant design/layout. Room was quite large, with very comfortable beds, a sofa, desk. Large bathroom area. Everything so clean. The staff make this an extra special place! SO helpful. Great food too. Variety of breakfast options. Lovely sceneries.

Mr Anil Sharma and Ashok was Fantastic ,Rooms quite good . Although it was far from mall road but the comfort in staying ws excellent. Complimentary breakfast was too good and they serve. All type of veg and Non veg . Outstanding

Overall an average-good experience. The staff were great and so Mr Anil the owner of the property. Would recommend consult with the owner before u book. He can arrnage for ur whole trip as he runs a travel and might give you some special discounts. The property is quite far from simla main. U end up paying 600-800rs just to reach hotel eveytime. The rooms were quite normal.. More like spacious home. Unless u expect a 3* hotel room u wudnt be disappointed. For the quality and stature of rooms n facilities- 3 star caterization is overated. The price I paid was 6k/night and felt it was on higher side. The highlight of the stay was the food served by them. Offoarse Mr.Anil was very supportive n willing to go extra mile to ease my trip.

Very bad service by staff. No trained staff they bahaved very bad and staff was drunked on desk. Even refuse to provide cattle to warm milk for 6 month infant.

Everything is excellent . Service of the staff,food quality, facilities provided by the hotel is incomparable .The owner of the hotel Anil ji is a very nice person. We had a very comfortable stay .I would recommend everyone coming to Shimla to stay here.
