Mar-Nik Village was gorgeous! The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and air-conditioned. The location is perfect if you want to visit a local beach bar and just relax. Maria was an excellent host!
Mar-Nik Village is in a secluded area, which is great for rest and relaxation on beautiful beaches. However, there are very few (and mediocre) restaurants around and no shops, mini markets, or grocery stores.

It is situated in the mountains and so it has wonderful views and plant life! Our room was tucked away down a pathway so it felt special and more intimate.
The only thing would be the parking spot was uphill and a tight turn. But that’s because it’s in the mountains, nothing the owner can do about that!

You can walk to the beach. There is a good restaurant
During the 5 days nobody cleaned the apartment.
We found a warm last day in the bathroom because of the lack of cleanliness
Even knowing that there is nothing around, they didn’t offer us water at arrival
No help or advices to rent a vehicle
We asked about tips of what to do in the island, but no advices es a given to us

The room was really cosy and nicely made to fit a family of four.
The little private patio in front was a perfect place to hang out, read, Play games and have dinner
The view was wonderful…and the bays perfect for swimming and snorkling
it takes a bit logistics to shop groceries and ti get around the Island without a car

Maria is a wonderful host! The location is perfect just above the beach, the room is super clean and cozy, everyone is super friendly and nice, it was a wonderful stay! We will for sure come back!

The property is located a fair distance from the main port. You need a car. This does not make the property undesirable, you just need to know that it's difficult to get there without a rental. The property is a 3 minute walk from the beach.
The key should never be left in the keyhole on the inside. If you do, you will lock yourself out FOREVER. There is no way to ever open it again and the closest locksmith is in Athens. Towels could be refreshed a few times in the case of a longer stay.

Lovely accommodation in pretty gardens with great views. The room was cleaned every day with new towels and sheets. We loved the little cat too. Maria is a very friendly and knowledgeable lady and a great host.
