Ruhige Lage, dicht am Zentrum mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Kurze Wege zu Bus und Bahn.
Wohnung sehr sauber, Küche und Bad mit allem ausgerüstet.
Großer Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Berge.
Kurpark ganz in der Nähe.
Geräumige Tiefgarage.
Ganze Wohnanlage sehr gepflegt.

Appartement très agréable et bien placé à deux pas de la rue principale, avec un parking souterrain pratique. Propreté irréprochable.
Tout était très bien seul petit bémol le descriptif était sans doute commun à plusieurs locations dans la résidence. Il était question d’une machine à laver. En fait un lave linge, et situé au sous-sol et payant (pas cher). Il n’y avait pas de lave vaisselle et aucun four ou micro ondes. Mais très bien tout de même pour deux personnes

For people who want to be independent on vacation and just come and go, cook something for breakfast, stay on the deck and relax and have local shopping, etc. it is excellent.
The location puts you at the start of the shops and restaurants, it is near the bus and train and you can just go down to the corner for groceries. The scenery from the terrace is beautiful.
I was meeting with family and stayed out late at night (10pm or later) and when I walked home it was very, very dark. The property has no lights on at all and the light on the street near the mailbox does not work. To get the key in the door you must use a phone light or a flash light. Some people would not like this but I'm not easily scared.
I had one towel and one hand towel for 8 days.
There was a note saying to leave $24 EURO for a "Spa Fee" (not written in the paperwork anywhere and there was no spa. It is an apartment building that is very nice.
The apartment (A5) is kind of old fashioned but you have what you need. It was very hot and there was no fan or AC so I had to go to the DEC mall and buy a fan. :(

The apartment was clean. If a property is not clean, little else matters to me.
the wifi was alittle spotty. in and out at times, but overall worked ok.
no oven or microwave, either would have been helpful.

Super apartment by the river We were in Haus B - 1 large bedroom /living area with separate small but well appointed kitchen Nice shower and toilet in basement ( so need to be freely mobile) personally enjoyed the exercise....Near Aldi supermarket and 10 mins to centre of town and station by foot Good bars and restaurants nearby Pleasant terrace and quiet location .Good blackout electric blinds.. Good communication from host pre visit

During our stay, communication with Host was difficult. They did not reply to sms or message through booking.com. English speaking guests are not catered for at all which is okay with the use of translate apps but if an issue arises, not good enough.

location excellent and totally clean, very impressed.
Not having the tief garage remote - got locked out of the car when trying to open the door!
An iron and ironing board in the property would have been great.
Had a message about paying for something - not really what it was, as we never used what was on the table (did not read it to be honest) and cannot find a reference to what it was?

the location was perfect! the room was comfy and very clean.
the only small critique would be the pillows. they were somewhat uncomfortable. other than that, everything was great!

The house is located in a central location. 3 mins walk to nearby supermarkets (Aldi and Edeka) and rather short walk to the train station. The house is fully equipped with all the necessary items that made our stay great and comfortable. Last but not least, the mountain view from the balcony is breathtaking!

The location was great, in the centre of Garmisch and in walking distance of many bars, restaurants and shops. It was about a 10 minute walk from the train station. The Tourist office is a 2 minute walk from the property. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and the amenities were good. We didn't meet the owner but they left a lot of information for us on the table along with our Tourist Gastekarte which gives free and discounted travel around the area. Garmisch Partenkirchen is a fantastic place.
There was nothing about this property that we didn't like.

The apartment is fully equipped. The location is very central. A very nice view of the mountains all round.

Location was perfect, parking garage was super.
Curtains were stained, spider webs on ceiling and deer skull and no lighting on walk way to the house.

Excellent clean comfortable accommodation within an easy walk of all amenities. No complaints at all.
