Frank was very helpful and even came out to walk us to our parking spot. He and his wife were so friendly and helpful. They were also available to take us out on their boat. The location was amazing and took only 5 minutes to walk to Old Town.

very beautiful view, wonderful big terrace. close to old town, it can be reached in 5-10 minutes walk. parking near the apartments. air conditioning in living room and room with double bed, for us it was enough. recommend

Superb apartment with an amazing view of Dubrovnik old town. Easy access to 2 beaches as long as you don’t mind a ten (ish) minute walk and a few steps. Really close to bus stop for access into Old Town. Excellent kitchen facilities, beer chilled on arrival 😊
Sofa bed could be a little more comfortable. Otherwise perfect

The view was wonderful. A lovely experience just sitting on the verandah and soaking it in … one of the best in the world. It was also great to be able to walk to and from the old city .. about 15 minutes - the advantage of this is not to be underestimated. There’s also a cute rocky beach just a few minutes walk directly down.
It’s not a big deal but it would be nice to have bigger towels. Also it would be great to have air con in the second bedroom but you do get used to it

Other than that everything about the place is amazing! It feels like luxury, the view was fantastic and it's a short walk into town or the various beach spots. Frano and his family are such lovely people but they also stay out of the way and are not constantly checking in on you or anything
Although you can sleep 6, there's only a double bed and 2 bunk beds. Then you have 2 people on a sofa bed and then another sofa so I think it should be max 5 personally

Pretty much everything was perfect it matched all my expectations and even exceeded them.The location is also great as it is walking distance from the town.The view is amazing !

Breathtaking Apartment with a superb view. Convenient to walk to the Old Town.
Nothing really. Just keep in mind that you need to go to the upper level to get the key.
Also, keep in mind that the second bedroom (with bunk beds) does not have Aircon. But it wasn't a factor for us because we did not use the second bedroom.

Property was amazing, views spectacular, short walking distance to Old Dubrovnik. Had parking for rental car. Unlike other properties around the area, not a lot of stairs which made moving suitcases very easy. Had an Exercycle which we put on balcony - so much easier when you are looking at a stunning view! Little shop a short walk along the road, bought supplies and made breakfast each morning. Light and airy apartment filled with sunshine with views from every window. Sun loungers, table and chairs and umbrella on balcony which is where we ate every morning. Tv, washing machine, all the mod cons you need. Wished we had been able to stay there for our whole holiday. Highly recommend.

We had trouble connecting with the owner before we got to the property. It was a little challenge to meet up and we ended up knocking on several doors and activating a phone that we were not going to use in Europe (we had communicated this.) In the end we did meet up, there was a parking space for us, we received help parking and suggestions on where to swim, dine, shop etc. The view was better than expected and the facilities were very nice. The pictures are the views as you look to the left and then to the right. Not as far of a walk as I expected--really worth it!
I would have liked to have a time and place to pick up the keys and understand what was going on the with guys in the open space when we came in. I have no idea why if we were supposed to use that open space or not and why there were so many beer bottles there but it all worked out in the end.
