The location is good just a couple of minutes walk to the train station. Close to afew tourist sites.

We booked a family room with 2 double beds. 1 had some blood stains on the bedsheets, quite disgusting.

There is a broken light in the room, resulting in a lack of brightness. Additionally, the lighting in the toilet, shower area, and wash basin area automatically turns off after a certain period of time, which can be quite bothersome. The room lacks descriptive notes, leaving guests unaware of important details such as check-out time, WiFi setup, and the need to request room cleaning at the counter and the staff failed to provide those information, which was frustrating for guests.

This is a port area, and the "downtown" isn't the prettiest part of Busan. Obviously, it's not hotel's fault that I didn't do a better research. However when I checked out two nights prior to the actual check out, no compensation was offered. Also so they had one of those anti-liquid blankets on the bed—so you sweat all night no matter how low is the room temperature. The sink is outside the toilet, right in the room. And generally the room is quite small—will do for one person, but rather uncomfortable for two.

Clean, confortable bed, confortable shower, good place.

Room ready at 5pm instead of 3pm, the automatic light at the entry (it turns on automatically when we go to the toilet during night).

beautiful room with a noce bathroom. Had a great view of the port and water even though I didn’t booked it so was very pleased. Free washing machine and dryer to use which was convenient. Close to the subway and a bunch of buses and walking distance of the market. Microwaves available in the lobby

Perfect location to visit Busan by foot as bus and metro are really near. Nice room with a bit of sea view. First time with a carpark with car elevator so staff very helpful!

The toilets were clogged and we had to use another room for toilets because couldn't be repaired right away...

Comfy beds, spacious and separated bathroom and toilet. Toilet has a bidet. Lots of space in the room

There was some minor off-white discolouration on the blanket in a spot.

we could check in before 14 h. the location is near the metro and commercial center . the view was very nice from our room.

Location! Close to Gukje market, Yongdusan park, BIFF, Lotte mall and halal restaurants. There is also bus stop. Super convenient.

Almost transparent bathroom door and the bathroom lights switch off automatically which is annoying. No instructions on how to use the aircond. The room was not made up unless you requested.

Location. It was close to many places of interest, good food and shopping. Also close to subway and bus stops.

Still in post-Covid recovery. Seemed understaffed. Elevator to bring suitcases to lobby area was not working - same staff had to carry heavy bags up for guests. Poor housekeeping.

It’s homey and spacious.

our room wasn’t cleaned for a 3 night stay. We understand that the bedsheets (if we choose to) can be reused but our trash wasn’t even emptied which is a letdown- also means no clean towels etc. Our room had a weird insecticide smell too.

Location is awesome, 3 minutes to Nampo MRT. Opposite is kyochon chicken.

The glass of bathroom’s door is clear, Very embarrassed when I was traveling with my brother. One more thing on the last night of my stay, there was a fire alarm. When we fled downstairs from 12F to 1F in a hurry, the staff just told us that it was caused by someone smoking in the room. No one apologized and check everything is fine from floor to floor. The fire alarm light in our room kept blinking until I asked staff to fix it in the midnight. I hope hotel will face up to this serious problem and tell all guest not to smoke in the room when check in. Even though nothing happens in the end, the fire alarm really make people feel scared.

The room service was terrible and the beds were not made and towels were not refreshed. The bathroom did not have a proper door and provided no privacy. There was trash left in the public elevator for extended periods of time.
