The room is big and has a great view of the mountains around the city.
Great location for students.
The location is not that great for tourists that want to visit the city.

the employees were friedly and helpful
- some devices in the room were destroyed
- the signs for hot and cold water at the shower were swapped
- the door to the balcony is not good isolated, so you can hear the traffic
- the walls of the room are not good, so you can hear EVERYTHING what the neighbor makes...

It's great appartment, all facilities needed are there. Good speed of WiFi, TV, ironing equipment. Mountines view from the balcony😍
Svietlana was assisting us all the way through if we needed directions some information or general help.
There is no city center in Almaty so its hard to understand whether we were at city centre or not 😁 however the taxis (yandex) is super cheap to go everywhere from this location

There was some misunderstanding during check in, but overall i liked my stay. I am booking this appartement 2nd time. Location is not far from Panfilova street, all good cafés are there. Thanks for Natalia who helped to sort out the issue during the check in

Cozy and small appartement. It has a balcony with a great view to mountains. Very clean. Kitchen has all necessary equipments.
