Location and room.
toilet were not clean and it was not toilet paper.

the location of the property was perfect as I was visiting friend two blocks away…very quiet
but the TV was working during my stay but no big deal

The breakfast horrible. It was a restaurant next door that smelt disgusting and full of dusk. The utensils were old and some were even rusted.
Firstly, the hotel has no elevators so someone with a disability definitely cannot stay there. During my 4 day stay, the sheets were changed once despite leaving the tag on the requesting the room be cleaned. The bathroom was the worst. Broken cupboards and unkept. No toilet brush holder, it was placed on the floor. The bathroom doors would get stuck and not close properly so the entire bathroom floor would be soaked after a shower. Despite a kitchenette, there were no utensils, not even a cup or plate. The staff at the reception also functioned as handymen and security at night since there was no security.

The breakfast was really decent. I was provided a full plate (chicken in sauce, crepe, toast bread, egg, and watermelon) with unlimited coffee.

It was dirty, smelly and no elevator for my mom with knee pain. Bed like sleeping on board,no convenient for anything in the room. Don't book no refunds after paying for breakfast and they didn't had it the time so I leave without breakfast to my grandfather funeral in berbice.

made reservation , day of arrival could not find it. then charged more than original and for a single rm rather than a double.

There was no hot water in the building for 6 days. . The people that work the desk kept telling me it was Going to get fixed and did nothing. My room had ants and the front desk handed me a can of bug spray for me to kill them. I went and bought a pot to use the stove top and it was a cheap Chinese brand that only worked with stainless steel pans. Then the pressure tank broke and several times throughout the day they're was no water. The breakfast was the same every day. You could not pick what you want. You ate what they gave you this place is trash.

The balcony and thr staff were nice
Place had very large cockroaches and ants were everywhere. The kitchen had a tiny refrigerator that was warm and smell of mold.
Room wasn't very clean. Bed was hard. T.v only had 1 channel.
Room smelled like it was someone's personal ashtray.

Only stair access. Receptionist didn't have my booking and was turning me away after 1:00am. Doors would not unlock. Towels were thin and discolored, no towel for the ground. Fridge was leaking water. Bed was hard as rock

I believe it matters not your star rating, one should still perform with excellence. The bedding, The towels, The safety of guest due to the daily wet stair case, The room cleaning,The breakfast, A basic safe iron in my room and above all, the correct room,( my room should have had two bed)....all of the above would have made my stay so much better. If they could improve on all I have mentioned, I would visit again

Location is ok, if property is well managed and kept clean. Rooms are roach infested. Very old overused utensils and pot. Only a single frying pot available . Cant really cook anything here.
Cockroach and mosquito heaven. Poor quality picture from an old flat screen tv and extremely limited channels ...maybe 5 in all. No news channel whatsoever
