the location and the view were great.

There was a strange smell in the bedroom and a different strange smell coming out of the drain in the shower. I also didn’t realize the bathroom was upstairs from the bedroom ( a little inconvenient) Also, the description said there was a living room. I suppose the outside patio was considered a living space but in the rain, it wasn’t pleasant.

We loved the location, views from the terrace, decor of the apartment and hospitality. We look forward to staying here again in our next vacation in Ponza.

Very convenient location with an amazing terrace and view. The terrace is big enough to have a section dedicated to hanging your towels and swimming trunks (out of the way in one of the terrace corners), a table to eat and another section to relax and enjoy the incredible view! Bedroom with double glazed window and air conditioning which allows you to have a great night sleep.

Everything was perfectly fine for us; however, what I enjoyed less was the low ceiling height, the shower curtain was too long (easy to sort out) and the fact that the top floor (where kitchen and bathroom are located) could become quite hot. Other than that, it was all practical and functional.

Alfredo is a very nice and welcoming person. The apartment is well decorated and location wise close to bars and restaurants. Beautiful view and beautiful terrace.

Shower soap and shampoo were not provided. Being close to the harbor can be a bit noisy sometimes.

Perfect location, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the harbour. Very friendly host.
