Bedroom was a bit noisy with the road outside, but got used to it after the first 2 nights. Would have liked a kettle

thanks to the hosts for taking care of the extra bed, although they didn't have to do that at all. Responsive and kind hosts. Also sent info with possible sights and restaurant recommendations. Close to public transport and shops.

hardly thin walls. It was good to hear when the upstairs neighbors returned home at night and what they were talking about. Also, through the cracks in the bottom of the apartment's front door, sound came from the stairs when someone entered the building and slammed the front door. It is recommended to remove the door gap. It is disturbing, especially at night

The position of the building is very close walking to the center, to El corte ingles ( the mall), to the ocean. Was easy to find a parking place close to our place. Nice apartment for 4 person with enough space. Big bathroom. And very clean!!!

I chose the apartment for its location as it has the main bus station nearby and it exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of appliances, cleanliness and confort. Maria, the host, is such a lovely person, always available and up to offer you advice on what you shouldn't miss on the island and what's the best way to get there. Overall, a great experience I would recommend to anyone.

Outstanding kitchen but no kettle

Everything was very good. The property was quite central, accessible to the shops/ supermarkets, bus network and central bus station, the host was very nice and helpful. She was there when we arrived as we have communicated in advance about the approximate arriving time. She gave us instructions on the apartment use and brought additional blankets for the days that were colder. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, it has all the facilities needed for us, the building had an elevator. The public transportation was excellent and you could do daily visits to all island and still come back at the apartment. Please, remember buying the bus card as it had many discounts in all transportation tickets/ distances. Overall an excellent and pleasant experience for us, with reference to our accommodation, our stay and the island overall.

Nothing really. It was all perfect. Just a tip: The weather became colder for few days, being there in January 2019. So, there was no air-condition in the apartment as normally it is warm throughout the year. In that case, please, ask for more blankets, which our host arranged to have immediately.

Everything was OK, apartment brand new, beds comfortable, kitchen and bathroom with everything you need, good internet connection, excellent position for visiting Santa Cruz and other places in Tenerife. Would gladly go back there again
