Nice location for staying in the area of Assisi. The host has been very kind and provided any type of assistance promptly.

All the facilities were clean and welcoming. The apartments and environs are very well maintained and parking is right outside the apartment. Location is good and central to the area for sight seeing. The apartment has excellent air conditioning, which was very welcome and needed in August. The managers were very friendly and welcoming.
I think the web site is rather misleading with regard to the swimming pool, which looks as though it is part of the complex. However, I think it would be better to say that there is “access” to a pool, which has to be paid for.
