For the sailing regatta we were at, location was excellent. A short walk from the yacht club. Bathroom facilities were good and bed sufficiently comfy. WiFi also good as is the balcony.

The apartment is in need of some refurbishment. Rusting curtain rails, kitchen lights not working, bathroom door didn't close at all. Some evidence of mould/damp around the windows. Kitchen is generally ok and although the microwave also had oven facilities there was no manual or guide. Biggest issue for us - the settee/sofa bed was REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE to sit on and at the weekend we were always kept awake between 2 and 5am by loud people walking back from clubs/pubs and cars racing back and forth. Not quiet or tranquil at night!
