We hebben genoten van ons appartement om de hoek bij het Beatles Museum en de Cavern Club. Lekker ruim, prima bedden en alle benodigde voorzieningen waren voorhanden.

Het enige puntje van kritiek is de communicatie over de wens om bagage achter te laten. Dat kon schijnbaar alleen als we een toeslag betaalden om later uit te checken maar daar kregen we niet duidelijk antwoord op.

We loved this fabulous apartment, it is huge ! Our apartment was on the top floor of this beautiful building we loved everything about it. The bathrooms were so big and gorgeous, the bedrooms great sizes one with a view down to Mathew Street, the lounge dining and kitchen were so comfortable with so much space snd with views. With large sofa’s for relaxing and dining table. Everything was immaculately clean. The hallway and lighting made it appear more luxurious. Location could not be better just few steps away from Mathew Street and we didn’t hear any noise. So many bars, restaurants and shopping in the area all within a few minutes of the apartment. Easy walking a bit further to all tourist attractions. Beautiful restaurant next door Piccolino’s. I would highly recommend this apartment and will book for our next trip to Liverpool it made our trip feel all the more special. * I would recommend bringing some tea coffee milk etc with you as nothing in the apartment. Although there is a little shop on the corner and there is a supermarket close by but if you have been travelling nice to have some with you when you arrive. The key box was a bit difficult to open which is probably because of my nails but it was difficult, I called the help number and the lady was super helpful and a member of the staff was there in a couple of minutes.

The apartment was on 4th floor the lift didn’t always open on this level so had to get out on 3rd and walk up. OK for us but had elderly parent with us. This did not put us off.

Very clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished with all equipment needed.

Location was great. Discount on car park was great and was only a 6 minute walk away. Despite being central the room was quiet and was kept warm by the room heaters. The bed was comfy and we slept well. I would stay here again but maybe wouldn't be my first choice.

I wasn't aware of the 2 stage door codes to get into the building before finding the apartment. after entering through the main door we only noticed the door codes to the right of the second door (up the stairs) after panicking that we couldn't get in. This was not a luxury apartment that it is advertised as. The lights in the bedroom area were flickering, the windows were dirty, stains on carpets and curtains, uneven carpet and the the kitchen floor was loose near the bin. the lights were too bright... no bedside lamps, and no lamp or dimmer switch in the main area. The shower tray was cracked and the toiletries were cheap and only available for one person. An apartment usually has a separate bedroom, whereas this was a studio with a divide to the bedroom area.

Would expect a smart TV at a modern venue like this. Makes start and end of day with kids better. Also no tea, coffee in house normally there is something. There were some disruption in evening with people pressing buzzers to get in.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and perfectly clean! The bathroom in particular was a great space and immaculate. Towels were fluffy and fresh too! The lounge and kitchen area were so airy and bright due to three massive windows. The location of these apartments are spectacular - one minute walk to cavern club. The beds were very comfortable and so much storage space! A hairdryer, iron and board were also provided. The kitchen was very well stocked also.

No ambient lighting at all - not one single lamp for bedside or sitting area - it needed to be ceiling lights or darkness - very strange Only tv is in the lounge and it is not a smart tv so you cannot use Netflix or Disney+ etc When on a city break with kids they do like an movie or similar at night to wind down - not possible here unless you bring your own device The cooker and oven did not work the first evening - we had to eat out which is not what we expected when booking a self catering apartment and hadn’t budgeted for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner to be paid for. This was resolved around 3pm the following day. The pillows were very flat and small - we had to use cushions from the sofa to plump them up a bit - a couple of extra pillows in the wardrobe would have been nice. There was no way to silence the intercom phone and it went off A LOT as the number of our apartment was included in the door code and I can only assume people were mixing up the number panels. Some of the door handles are coming loose and wobbly - we hadn’t used the sitting room door but my son closed it and then we were trapped in the room for some time - we called out of hours and Max was gladly going to come and help us out (literally) but he was at least 30 mins away and my son was becoming anxious so I decided to try again to get us out and managed to line up the handle and door bolt and we were all e to access the bedrooms again.
