I arrive very late. The owner help to find the house with video. Help when the electrical down. The house have everything you need. The house in good condition and comfortable.

- inside the flat clean, nicely furnished, well functioning air condition, large rooms and good storage place.

- good location to discover costa smeralda
- the flat is ground floor, so no view at all
- the whole complex seems a bit run down, bit of smelling around the waste collection points, lots of cats hanging around including on our terrace, leaving behind very strong smell
- no tips provided for discovering the region

The property is well equipped that’s very helpful when you have kids. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so enough space for us and our friends very convenient. We had a very nice terrasse and a small garden to enjoy breakfast and dinner. Very nice residence with kids area very nice swimming pool with a wonderful view!!

This accommodation was a really lovely home away from home. We were traveling as a family with our 2 year old and it was great to have a safe garden for him to play in. The pool in the complex was also stunning.
