breakfast, the taste of the food needs to be improved, the omelet is too dry (not moist) it is best served hot,

The room is a good size and very clean. Check in process was quick and efficient. The front desk staff informed me about the new price option for my room which is very helpful. He allows me to check in early too and make sure i got my requests met. So thankful.

The internet wasn’t working properly on the second day and make it so hard to do some works. My room showers not working properly. The handle was loose and cannot switch to the top shower head

Staff were friendly and helpful - very responsive. Close to restaurants and location-wise works well. Cool arts in the room’s wall.

The wall is quite thin. I could hear the next door guest’s cough, alarm, and them talking on the phone.

Its clean and tidy. Near UGM. Staffs are good.

We were staying there probably 3 times within two months, and we get bored easily with the breakfast. Lack of varieties. I wish they could improve it.

Forgot my request (the night before) for packed breakfast. Took 30 minutes to prepare. Was late for my tour. No money changer nearby.

The location, atmosphere was good, bright and fresh. Room was comfortable enough Breakfast was great, they served different meals every day. Have indomie station beside egg station! Tip : go to breakfast early in the morning so you can get table!

Staying for 3 days but coffee maker was not installed although room was cleaned every day. We just thought coffee maker doesn't provided anymore but there is no coffee in the room, only tea and electric kettle. Very sad. Breakfast on full-capacited room occupancy was bad, hard to get proper place to eat since they have small area for tables and chairs.

Sound proof is bad, I can hear the alarm vibration from the next door at 4 am for the last 2 nights of my stay and also can hear the noise (loud conversation) from next door
