Antonio was great with communication and made it very easy to check in and out. Nice neighborhood in western Omaha suburbs. Kitchen was nice and gave us ability to easily prepare meals rather than having to eat out all the time. Bathrooms were small but he supplied nice soft towels.

I had a very good experience. Owner was reliable and communicated to ensure our visit was enjoyable. Would definitely rent again when I’m in town.

The house was great with updated high end appliances in kitchen. We were pleased with all the thoughtful items left for our use, i.e., shampoo, soap and spices for cooking. The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood which we seriously appreciated. Antonio was very attentive and communication was excellent. Truly a great home away from home.

Communication was excellent and we were able to extend our stay when we realized there would be an extra game played. Also love the fact that upon arrival the sound system was on and the music choice was perfect... 90’s! Highly recommend this home and will definitely be back next year for another swing at the CWS. Good location in a quiet and clean neighborhood. House was as pictured and provided for a good hub for our trip. 20 minutes to downtown Omaha with easy freeway access. Good shopping and restaurant options nearby.

Consistent with January 2020 reviews, dog-chewed stairs, holes in the wall, and scuffed floors (not the “beautiful wood floors” promised) greeted us when we opened the door to this house. We thought repairs would have been made by now. “Clean home is our number one priority” is a misrepresentation. Some cleaning had occurred, but without attention to detail: dust bunnies and a dirty sock under one bed, dusty closet shelves, dust piles in closet corners. When the sheet was stripped from the “brand new!” basement bed mattress, blotches of bloody bodily fluids were revealed. The bed had to have been remade with this biohazard in plain view. The basement furniture surfaces allowed handprints in the dust.One bathroom sink had mouse droppings under it, as did the trash receptacle in the kitchen. The toilet in the basement bathroom, one of the “three baths,” had a ring of hard water scum, no soap, and no linens. The washer and dryer can be reached only by straddling a drain full of run-off scum (which also had to be crossed to use the toilet). This is problematic when one has been asked to remove their shoes at the front door.If “this home is a full-time vacation rental,” the owner needs to remove his personal belongings: condoms, electronics, files, clothing.Safety code violations: No smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. No fire extinguisher available. The dishwasher is not secured. The light fixtures in the basement are not covered, exposing fluorescent bulbs.When the owner stopped to see if the “house is okay,” we said, “We’re fine for now.” We did not want him in the home. Should we have to ask for smoke detectors as we did hand towels and trash bags? We are petite customers, but no step stools were available so that towels stored high overhead, the stacked dryer, or the dishes could be reached. Seating in the living spaces was inadequate; the owner needs to think about clients who want to face one another, not a monitor.Amenities: inadequate flatware for four people. Water glasses smudged.Communication: Asked if there was a Keurig, the owner replied that there was a drip coffee maker. So one of us brought a Keurig, though one is in the hall pantry along with an ear wax removal system (Is it personal or for customer use? How do we know?). Checkout instructions were via text the night before departure, and the time was inconsistent with the Vrbo site. The refrigerator is large. The ice maker works. The beds are comfortable and water is hot.
