Beautiful cabin on a quiet mountainside. We enjoyed every minute of or stay. The cabin had everything we needed and a great location to Hiking, Sightseeing, Exploring Asheville and all the other wonderful mountain towns in NC. After our busy days we relaxed and enjoyed the peacefulness of the cabin. We are looking forward to or next stay here….. Thank you Mike and Jen

Fanstastical cabin in the woods turned into the coziest honeymoon getaway. Despite the rain, we had a great time exploring and playing games. The kitchen was fully stocked and the shower was comfortable. Loved the hot tub!! Excellent communication with hosts and exactly what we were looking for.

We stayed in this cabin right after we got married in Asheville. It was the perfect little getaway for us to relax after all of the stresses from wedding planning. We most certainly will be back!

We stayed in this cute perfect little house for Labor Day Weekend with our 2 adult children for a wedding. After reading the reviews I had very high expectations and this home did not disappoint! The owner has thought of every little detail and delivered each with style! The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need and the knives were nice and sharp(not always the case at a rental) Everything is labeled with clear instructions and though the cabin is not huge, all spaces are used efficiently and with thought. The seating was perfect for tv watching with the family and the picnic table was a great place to eat our meals. So peaceful! (And the grill worked great) The location was perfect-we were close enough to Asheville but out far enough to have a peaceful mountain atmosphere. Nice games dvds and books are shared if you have some down time. I only wish we had longer than a weekend. We would have loved to use the fire pit and ping pong table but ran out of time. Can’t wait to stay again!

Rented this property to spend a few quiet days in the Ashville area. Loved the property, very nicely appointed, plenty to do, complete kitchen, games, books and scenery. A perfect location, close to everything. The process was seemless, price was very competitive and we enjoyed our stay immensly. It could be tough to get to in snowy weather because of hills leading to property. No matter, we will be back as 3 days isn't enough to begin to scratch the surface of all Asheville offers. Thanks to our host for thinking of everything! Wonderful stay!

We had family stuff in both Black Mountain and Ashville. This cute place was a perfect home base for days of hiking, tubing, and biking. The hot tub is an added bonus! Highly recommend.

This cabin had every comfort of home and was so charming and nicely decorated! Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Nice private wooded setting but still close to town! Highly Recommend!

Jen’s place was everything we expected and more! So many little touches that made the house feel cozy. The house is convenient to both Asheville and Black Mountain. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful cabin and view with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. My kids really enjoyed the hot tub and hammock. They had way too much fun with the sock monkeys and toys. It was exciting to see a bear from a distance. Only 15-20 min drive to downtown and montreat where we hiked.

This is by far one of the best rentals we have stayed in. No detail was overlooked. My husband is a chef so we usually overpack kitchen items but we barely had to use anything that we brought, he even complimented their kitchen knives. The property itself was so clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub looking out at the mountain view. We also loved having a fire pit. The basement game room was a fun touch and my son loved playing ping pong. We look forward to future visits here.

This was our second visit back to the cabin, and it was even better than the first (we didn’t think that was possible because we loved it the first time). The cabin had thoughtful updates and provided everything our family needed. Our girls loved playing horses in the hideout and sleeping in the loft. The location is really great; it’s just a short drive from all of the attractions and activities we had planned. We spent cozy nights watching a show or two on the comfy couch. We love this cabin!

Asheville is already an awesome place and this cabin made our trip that much better. All amenities were included with Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and games. The hot tub was clean and so nice after long days. We couldn’t have asked for anything better on our anniversary trip. We will definitely be back!!

This cabin is so comfortable and indeed “hip” but even more, it’s full of thoughtful touches, from excellent books and games to yoga mats to red cups for “alternative” games at the ping pong table. Loved it!

This was an amazing property - it's exactly what we'd want to build for ourselves one day. Every detail is accounted for - and the craftsmanship, finish, and quality of the cabin is top shelf. No wasted space - but just the right amount. We are considering bringing some friends with us next time so we can use the firepit and gourmet kitchen...we really didn't get to take full advantage, but now that we've found this place we are planning to be back.

This is our second stay and was again delightful. Very safe, clean, quaint and perfect location between Asheville and Black Mountain. We enjoyed the hot tub and simply relaxing on the deck with our morning coffees the kids love the loft! Also, the property owners are friendly and very responsive. Much appreciated. Definitely recommend and if we travel through again, would love to stay again. Thank you.

The cabin was very cute, nice, clean, and well provisioned. Would definitely stay again, probably with the kids next time as the upstairs loft area is perfect for them.
