What a great house! Very affordable, very clean and very spacious. Location is amazing. Only a 5 minute walk to beach. I definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

Perfect for our girls weekend! The entrance to the beach at the end of the street was closed because it had a steep drop off, but we only had to walk 1 additional block to find an open entrance
The house was clean and there was plenty of space. The owner recommended the farmera market and we loved that!

The house was a great size for o ur family of 6 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs! The bedrooms and cling area in separate sides of the house were great for children going to bed earlier than adults. And the walk to the beach was so quick! This was our second stay in Brigantine and love the island!

This was our second year renting the house for our family beach trip. The house is close to the beach and is perfect for our family. We will be back next year!

The house was roomy and well kept. It was spacious and allowed us to be together and yet facilitate private time as needed. Located a short walk from the beach in a quiet neighborhood was perfect. The rental manager was wonderful to work with. Looking forward to returning next year!

What a wonderful vacation we had! The house is lovely and was spotless upon our arrival. There is plenty of room for the family to spread out and everything was so comfortable. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs and they, too, loved lazing on the front deck. It is literally a two minute walk to the beach and the school playground. Communication with Sydney could not have been any better - so friendly and responsive. We definitely plan on a return visit!

Great stay
House was clean and had amenities included. Beach was just a short walk away with farmers market and playground close as well. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning and evenings (bug spray is a must).

Charming Beach House
This property is excellent for a beach getaway! When you first enter and until the moment you leave, the decor and location remind you to relax and enjoy life! The house has spacious rooms and a nice layout and comfortably sleeps the amount of people advertised. Property is clean and well maintained. My only issue is that the outdoor shower did not work as advertised, which is a must when returning from a beach day. The owner is extremely responsive and very nice!

Great Family Vacation Home!
We loved it! Everything was perfect about this property! 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. Lifeguard stationed right on this street. ( N 5th ) The House is Spacious and Clean, Fenced in side and back yard a plus. ( perfect for our furbaby!) The Front porch was so nice to sit ouside. Offstreet parking in driveway.
The bonus room was great for the grandkids. Loved the Beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
We did battle with the black flies on the beach for a couple days, but that happens in Brigantine sometimes with a land breeze . Just have Deep Woods Off , min 40% Deet , for use with Greenheads and flies.
Sydney is very nice accommodating and responded promptly to questions. She even sent us a blender when we inquired about one!

Gorgeous Shore House
Truly enjoyed spending our time at the shore in this gorgeous home. Close proximity to the beach and everything you need was amazing! Fenced in yard and large front deck were perfect for us and our dog. Really liked having the outdoor hose available to rinse off after a trip to the beach. Highly recommend this property. The owner was a dream to communicate with as well!
