Extremely noisy. The traffic was horrendous. The curtains didn’t close all the way leaving a strip of bright street light right in my eyes. Fridge froze. Weird noise coming from bathroom. Found a dirty sock under couch bed. Tv kept shutting off.

Cleanliness, Great staff! I had to cancel my arrival day last minute and was worried it would have been too late. I called and the receptionist was very kind. The manager called me personally and understood my situation and changed it for me. I’m grateful for that! Thank you for exceptional customer service!
