It’s set in a beautiful natural surroundings, the room was a good size and very clean. The plunge Poole was gorgeous with views or rice field and the jungle. The staff gave exceptional service nothing was any trouble for them.

Mieliśmy pierwszy pokój od razu za recepcją, ciągle było słychać głośną muzykę. Odbywały się wieczorne występy i dopóki się nie skończyły nie mogliśmy spać jakby grali w naszym pokoju. Tak samo od 7.00 rano było słychać muzykę z restauracji. Absurdalne przepisy że nie można wnieść własnej wody do obiektu natomiast woda z minibaru po 50 tys gdzie w sklepie była za 6 tys Bardzo drogie jedzenie i spa.

Beautiful homestay! Quiet and serene. The hosts make you feel like family. Easily accessibly to downtown Ubud but in a very quiet area filled with nature and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and spas. Rooms very spacious and clean. Would definitely come back!

The villas positioned to overlook the beautiful garden of rice plantation. The plunged swimming pool was great inside the villa.

Mosquitoes were everywhere, plus we had an issue with big rat inside the villa 😒 but the staff tried hard to catch it ..

All not good and expensive

It is like a hidden paradise down a tiny street about a 10 minute drive out of Ubud centre but it is peaceful you wouldn't know you were anywhere near it. The villas are gorgeous and so beautifully done, the view from the restaurant and pool area is stunning. We loved having our own plunge pool too for a relaxing dip when we were feeling lazy. The rice fields were being harvested and replanted while we were there which was a fascinating process to see. The restaurant does really great food, our favourites were the pumpkin ravioli, oxtail soup and curry. The spa does great massages too for a very reasonable price. The staff go above and beyond and are always helpful and attentive with a lovely smile on their faces. Overall we had an amazing time here and it is fantastic value for money. It felt like a magical place and we loved getting lost in its charm for 5 nights.

Breakfast was great and location is exceptional, would stay there again.

The main pool outside the restaurant is so stunning and this is a really nice boutique hotel to relax in. The staff are very friendly and the room was big. The food was very good too.

The room was quite basic/outdated and there were a few bugs in the room (granted it’s in the jungle so it’s to be expected).

Amazing pool area & restaurant. The included breakfast was super good with lots of options. Lunch was also very nice.

The bathroom in the twin room was not very clean, especially the bathtub. It was not very central - need to take a grab to get to main street.

The property is amazing. Our room has a small private room that we used a lot as it was very hot. The room was amazing, private, comfortable. We had the best days here, we fully disconnected.

Ir a little far from the center. You can easily take a moto and you will be in the center in 7 minutes. This also gives more privacy and silence.

The hotel is located in the middle of the jungle, amazing staff , very attentive! Food was delicious! Everything was great in general , just one thing, towels need to be changed they were a bit old.

Exquisite tranquil setting, fairly centrally located to Ubud just a short walk away. Food and service excellent, absolutely everything you would need, fabulous staff, open friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning again.

Menzel Ubud is een prachtige Oase van rust en comfort. De bedden zijn geweldig, het is schoon, het ontbijt is ala cart, dus je kunt kiezen wat je wilt. Het personeel is superaardig en ze hebben een heerlijk zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht op de tuin. Al met al een heerlijk verblijf!

Om er te komen vraagt wel wat van de taxichauffeurs, het is een smalle weg waar geen 2 auto's langs elkaar kunnen, dat was soms wat lastig. Ook niet elke taxi chauffeur wist waar het was. Met een taxi scooter is het wel heel goed te doen.

It’s located in a secluded area of rice fields and communities, which is much quieter at night, however difficult to get to by car, so best to rent a scooter😊 The staff are super nice, welcoming and helpful. I would say almost on the side of making us uncomfortable but it’s because we are not used to it. Food was okay, we don’t rate it, given there are so many choices out in Ubud Center, eat out there! Plunge pool was great, a bit small but perfect for couple just want to rest and be in the pool to cool down. The The main swimming pool in front of restaurant is also amazing. Room is cleaned daily, as well as the decking area.

Nothing we don’t like - lovely place to stay in Ubud not being right next to all the shops and roads !

Veldig pent hotell, hyggelig personalet

Ser flott ut på bilder men det er mer slitent her og der. Basseng tilhørende rommet mangler bland annet hodestøtte, dette gjør at det bli noen veldig skarpe fliskanter i bassenget. Hotellet er ikke barnevennlig, det er basseng og høye kanter uten rekkverk over alt. Det er også en del mygg, mus og slanger rundt på området. Fikk flere klær spist av mus i min koffert, dette ønsket ikke hotellet å erstatte.

Я часто путешествую по Миру, и на Бали я третий раз, но хуже отеля я не встречала! Я никогда не писала негативные отзывы, но здесь невозможно молчать. В номере так сильно пахло плесенью, что при заселении сильно брызгают ароматами, но когда он выветривается, дышать просто невозможно! Они знают об этой проблеме, предлагали другие номера, где-то было вони меньше,но это надо было обмануть себя. Постель и полотенца грязные и очень старые, ну как и сам отель! Деньги возвращать отказались, но я все равно переехала в другой отель .

De plek was fantastisch. Vanuit het zwembad heb je een waanzinnig uitzicht over de rijstvelden en junglegebied. Wij hebben ons ogen uitgekeken. Het personeel was vriendelijk en het eten was ook top! Wij zouden dit iedereen aanraden.
