Très bien situé à proximité des restaurants, des magasins et des plages. La plage de Menauhant à seulement 5 minutes en voiture. La chambre principale a un lit queen, la 2ème chambre a un lit double et la 3ème chambre a un lit superposé. Le canapé a également été doté d'un lit queen. 6 personnes est idéal mais pourra accueillir 8 avec le dormeur.

A well equipped immaculate house. Lots of amenities. Walter, the owner was very responsive to any of our concerns. The clubhouse and pool area were close by with very friendly people. All I all I would highly recommend this rental

Clean, spacious and comfortable. Quiet and safe community good for walking and biking close to the beaches. The added extras like a front porch, back deck, yard and grill along with the bonus room with tv and games was appreciated.

This house ended up being perfect to bring my mother back to the Falmouth Area The visit friends and family. Close proximity to downtown Falmouth and to the beaches. We enjoyed lunches out and suppers at home cooking on the grill. The house is spacious, comfortable, everything‘s in great shape. And they provided beautiful weather on top of that! And only minutes from Smitty’s ice cream. This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood plenty of space beautiful backyard beautiful deck on the front and rear. Thank you for a wonderful 10 days. We look forward to a return.

Nice house. Good set up for one or two families. location relative to beaches, town. Great harbor pool and tennis is perfect for families with young kids. Freedom boat club down the street if your into power boating. Lots of bikeable roads in and out.

This property was probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. It has everything you could possibly need AND is in a great location.
The house is very family-friendly and perfect for kids of all ages. Our 2 and 4 year old loved playing in the backyard and with the toys in the house. The additional area off the garage is a great feature for families to use when kids go to bed (or wake up!) early so they can play without waking everyone else up.
Walter was a great, responsive host. We hope to come back again!

A couple friends and I decided to get out of Boston and work for a week from the cape and this house met our needs just perfectly! Clean, spacious, the extra addition served as a perfect little office. Back deck and fire pit were key! And the GH location is perfect in general so we just had a great escape from the city.

We had a wonderful experience renting Walter’s home. The rental is beautifully decorated and has all of the conveniences needed for a Cape stay, and then some. Our kids were delighted to find age appropriate toys and games to use on a rainy day. This is our 2nd time staying in Great Harbors and we greatly enjoyed the community pool, playground and biking around the neighborhood. We would love to rent this property again in the future!

Amazing and clean house, great location
My family and I stayed at Walter's lovely home and had a great time. The furnishing was so nice and nautical, kitchen was stocked with all that you need. The community is soo lovely, everyone was very friendly. We had fun discovering all the nearby beaches, Walter was a great host!

Fabulous property!
We just returned from a wonderful week in Falmouth. Walter’s home is absolutely lovely. He was a great communicator and very easy to get in touch with during our stay. The house was spotless and felt like home. The location is close to downtown Falmouth and multiple beaches. We look forward to renting from Walter again next year!!

Walter was a perfect host-very responsive and accomodating . His rental is in a convenient location- close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, yet also in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Great for walking or riding a bike. The home was very well appointed! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of comfortable seating in living room, clean linens and comfy pillows, beach chairs and toys, and more! We lacked for nothing. We enjoyed having the pool at the club, also. We would definitely rent this home again. Thank you, Walter!

Loved the layout, very open and clean. Location was great for beaches, fishing and restaurants. Utilized the pool everyday after beach. Will definitely consider again in the future. A gem!

Cape Cod - comfort AND class
The homeowner Walter has knocked it out of the park with his rental property! From the moment we arrived we were beyond pleased - starting with how how gorgeous the exterior was to entering and continuing to be wowed by all the wonderful attention to detail. The house is comfortable yet stylish and has everything you would think to need but without being cluttery. My husband , my two kids and I had a fantastic weeks getaway here and enjoyed playing in the back yard, making s’mores in the fire pit, the toy chest in the kids room was a winner!, the community pool , the xfinity set up and of course the comforts and luxuries of the rest of the house itself. Walter was very helpful and left nothing to be desired as it was a perfect stay! We would love to come back some day!

It was so cute. Only drawback was the way bathrooms were situated
We used the great fire pit. Outside shower! The bathrooms were very neat, but not best situated for more than 2 people. Not enough bath towels for a house that says they can sleep 6-8. The cleaning service that cleaned before our stay was not good at all.
The house it's self was very cute! Biggest thing was the owners were very attentive!
