The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet at night. It felt very private even though it is in a building with other residents. Neighborhood is great too, with restaurants and a coffee shop right across the street. I would definitely book again!

Very clean non cookie cutter place, with a tight but well set up kitchen. Too easy to fall asleep in the recliners!
Might be the only “walkable” area in Bismarck. Nice restaurants with some character just downstairs. Antique mall down the street…
Host goes over and above, really appreciated him.

Everything about this rental was 5 star. We highly recommend it but be aware that there are steps. As senior citizens, it was a challenge, especially when bringing luggage in/out.

Spent the entire day trying to find apartment unit, texted and called Host to try and see if I was in the correct area he texted me back saying it’s at the location I sent you, I told him the location you gave me sends me to a fish market, I asked him to call me back he never does, so I called Vrbo the app I used to lease out the Host apartment, the representative had to reach out to him to place me and the Host on a call together. We get into a verbal altercation because I stated that if I have to call Vrbo to get a hold of you I just want my refund back so he gets upset and hangs up on me. Long story short it took me to call Vrbo again to get Host to send full refund! I will never book with this Host ever again!

It felt like I borrowed a friend's apartment in the city. Comfortable, cozy, lots of stairs to the second floor apt, great location, a little dark since there are only two windows overlooking a rooftop, but good lighting inside, all was clean and ready. Thorough instructions for checkin. Definitely recommend.

Great downtown location
The apartment was very spacious, clean, uncluttered and had everything we needed. Plenty warm even though it snowed while we were there. Great proximity to restaurants and shops.
