Great stay and look forward to daru with them in future visits to Dehradun

Room cleanliness and supporting staff and also the ambience

Price of food is pretty high though quality is excellent

I won't be going here again for sure

Did not have breakfast. Location was poor.

Poor service from the restaurant. The place needs to train its staff. Ill equipped rooms. No cloth hangers etc

it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely go there again

the room was nice and the food was good. it was also close by to our university so not to far away also. the beds and bathroom was spacious and the staff was helpful.

the hotel did not look very good from the outside plus the construction site made it look like a very old hotel.

Superb

The hotel was close to all major location and yet secluded in its own way. The restraunt had a cool decor to enjoy time with friends and the food was absolutely delicious. Rooms were cosy and clean with all basic essentials and modern fittings.

Good

Experience was good but i have one only complaint while staying T.V was not working because of no recharge i contacted reception and informed same he activated the initial pack . Only one channel was coming .

Value for money

Convenient location. proximity to UPES. Neat and clean Room with reasonably good facilities. Overall value for money.

Fits lower middle class nd middle middle class does not fit upper middle class or high class

All staffs are good needs… good restaurant food are really tasty but expensive

No proper training to handle frequent travellers..
