This place was a prime location and close to absolutely everything! There were some minor things, such as no wash cloths, no towel hooks or toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms but that stuff was so minor. No dishwasher or laundry detergent but that’s just a hop skip and a jump to the store to grab a few of those items, so not a huge deal at all. Overall our experience was awesome and Jineane was very responsive and communicative with us. We absolutely enjoyed every bit of our stay! Thank you Jineane for hosting my family and my friends family. We hope we can make another trip soon :)

Good visit

Nice house in a quite gated community that is about half complete. Internet is very slow and cable didn’t work if those things are important to you. Seemed to have issues with lights working sporadically but could be bad bulbs. Location is convenient to everything but removed from the chaos of the main tourist areas. Nice place to stay for a large family or group.

Overall, our stay was ok. Unfortunately, when we arrived to the property during our check-in time, the entire property was dirty and not cleaned or ready for us. We return around 7:30pm and the cleaning crew was still not ready for us we had to wait outside for another 30 minutes. The blower for the air mattress was not available for us to use during our stay when meant one of the children did not have their own bed. In addition, we woke up to ants all over the kitchen the second day. I texted the property manager about the air mattress blower and got no responses and no responses about getting a discount for the super late check-in. Disappointed with communication.

This house was describe just as it was. Lots of space to accommodate a large group. Felt safe and great location.

Small hiccup first day with AC, issue resolved immediately. Family had a great time, definitely will see us again in the near future. Very clean and close to beach and shopping.

Property was clean and very spacious. Our group of 12 slept comfortably. Kitchen was well equipped.

This home was spacious and had everything we needed. The owner was fast and easy to communicate with. We would stay there again!

It had a nice view from the roof top. The house was clean and beautiful. The only problem we had was that one side of the house was hot because the ac wasn’t working but later they fixed the ac. Overall it was a good stay to have a good time . It’s not too far from all the action if you know how to get around.

This place was reasonably clean and hassle free to book and check in. We did find the water heater off on arrival , AC lacking on one side of the house, and the thermostat on the other side of the house stuck on which ended up freezing us out overnight. Also, water pressure seemed to be a problem on the master bedroom side of the house. Otherwise, this place was perfect and we'd stay here again without hesitation.

The house is very nice and spacious. The only bad thing about the house was that we noticed a few black widows in the backyard (under the chairs). So we avoided the backyard. The one thing I didn't like was that I felt that the manager was not transparent about the total cost. I was under the impression that the cleaning fee was included and paid at the same time I did the reservation. I read through everything when I was comparing homes and I do not remember seeing a note about leaving $85 cash for the cleaning people at time of check out. It wasn't until I ran into the cleaning ladies that they told me about it. Of course, I hadn't planned for it and I did not have any cash left. I started looking over the agreement and did see that in the text that she sent me (the day that we arrived) about getting the key to the house, that there was the message about the cleaning fee. The subject did say to read the entire message however, I was already in Rocky Point with my 4 kids trying to find the house and trying to keep everyone in order that I didn't have the opportunity to read everything. I skimmed to where it gave me the code to the lock box. I wish this information would've have been more transparent. I talked to the cleaning people and I found out that I am not the first person who missed the note about the cleaning fee. I ended up paying more. Some information was outdated- the address is now in google maps, the info read that it was still not in there so I didn't bother to download the app beforehand. It is now so I suggest you download it and have it ready, I got lost. Also, the text said that the location of the key box was on the floor to the right of the door of the house. It was actually on the door knob (I thought I was at the wrong house for a second). The home itself is nice and spacious, I gave it a three because I didn't think the process was fair.

This house accommodated my party of 14 nicley. Jineane was wonderful and let us check in early when we arrived earlier than expected. She reply’s to all questions quick and efficiently. Wonderful price and in a wonderful area! The only downside was that the jacuzzi was not in operation so we did not to use it, but that’s not really a big concern. Overall the house was perfect for our stay and I would definitely recommend staying at this house!

When we arrived there were a few bugs in the house, but that’s normal since it was just sitting there. The house had everything we needed it to have, we didn’t cook in the house so there was no need to use anything else. After the first night the hot water stopped working so I texted the owner and Marquez showed up shortly and flipped the switch that had be previously turned off and the hot water worked perfectly! It was a great stay.

Solid house, 5 minutes from beach... no frills, but a nice place nonetheless. Jineane was awesome to work with!
