SPACIEUX 4 chambres + unité d'extrémité LOFT dans une communauté calme près de Snowcreek Atheltic Club. Notre maison de vacances est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, et à proximité des sentiers, des restaurants, des magasins et de la navette pour Mammoth Mountain.
Bien que récemment mise à jour, notre maison de vacances conserve une atmosphère chaleureuse de cabine qui convient parfaitement à une escapade à la montagne. Il est à quelques pas de la ligne de navette rouge et du chariot du soir, parfait pour les skieurs / snowboarders en hiver et les pistes cyclables / randonnées pour l'été!
Ce charmant condo 4BR + Loft offre une retraite tranquille avec vue sur les Montagnes Blanches à travers des fenêtres à ossature de bois qui fournissent également beaucoup de soleil. Il dispose d'un grand salon et salle à manger pour tout le monde, mais beaucoup d'espace pour ceux qui recherchent un moment de calme.
Idéal pour les groupes et les multi-familles. Cette propriété comprend: une cuisine entièrement équipée, une grande salle à manger, une cheminée (bois de chauffage fourni pendant les mois d'hiver), de nouveaux planchers de bois franc dans la salle à manger et le salon. Balcon hors de la chambre principale, télévision par câble avec Smart TV 55 "dans le salon, et téléviseurs intelligents dans les chambres en bas. Wifi gratuit et une buanderie avec laveuse, sécheuse et fournitures sont également inclus.
Notez s'il vous plaît:
-L'entrée de l'unité est située au 2e étage. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Vous devrez monter les escaliers.
-Il y a 2 places de stationnement assignées à l'intérieur du complexe de condos. Les clients doivent se garer aux places de stationnement attribuées.
- Je suis désolé mais nous n'avons pas de bain à remous ni de barbecue

3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes situées au rez-de-chaussée. Toutes les chambres au rez-de-chaussée disposent de lits king-size, de télévisions connectées et de nombreux placards. La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bains privative avec un bain à remous profond.
4ème chambre (Den) est située à côté de l'étage principal avec un lit de style futon avec lit gigogne.
Un coin couchage supplémentaire (loft) est situé au-dessus de la cuisine avec 2 ensembles de lits superposés, un coin lecture / jeu et une télévision avec DVD / VHS. Beaucoup de films et de jeux. Parfait pour les enfants.

our overall vacation was great! Our place accommodated all our needs comfortably. Location was central to access village and Eagle lodge as a starting point to ski. The condo provided plenty of space to gather, cook and enjoy family time. Parking was a bit tricky, but snow was great and we would go back again!

Great for Ski Getaway
We stayed here with family and friends (6 adults, 6 children) for a week during our ski trip. The 3 main bedrooms with king beds were ideal for the adults, while the kids made the most of the loft beds upstairs. The living room was moderately spacious with a working fireplace that we made good use of. The kitchen was well-stocked and appliances worked well. The 2 parking spaces were adequate for our party. The place is about 10-15 minutes drive from the various ski lodges.
The host was also flexible with our check-in/check-out times given we had to arrive/drop off family at Bishop airport, we really appreciated that.
One of the downsides is that the property is on the 2nd floor, with 3 flights of stairs. So if you have a lot of heavy luggage (which you probably will with a large party), you should be ready to do some heavy lifting during check-in/check-out.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider renting it again for a large party!

This place is definitely on the older side and in an older neighborhood. The whole place in need of an update and some brightening up! But it IS what the pictures show. Unfortunately, the living space was not very clean. We found toys in the couches and the kitchen had a dirty freezer( Found an old, smashed ice cream sandwich on one shelf). The dishwasher was SO full of dishes that most of them didn't get cleaned. We had to unload it( Isn't this the job of the cleaning crew?) and re wash everything before we could use it! The toaster oven door didn't shut, and when we plugged in the vacuum cleaner it just smoked and broke down! However, the bathrooms and the bedrooms were comfortable and clean. And the laundry facilities were great. Our family and grandkids could all hang out comfortably in the space. There is no air conditioning so we had the windows open and the fans on and that kept it comfortable. ALSO, Beware that there are four flights of stairs just to get in this place. Only one in the picture. And once inside it is a split level, so you go up a flight to the kitchen/living area, and up another flight for those staying in the loft! You go down a flight to the bedrooms. We definitely got our exercise! We were grateful for the space, but over all it wasn't worth it.

Loft area also was charming and cozy for younger members of the family. Games' DVDs. and jigsaw puzzles readily available. along with several. smart TVs.. We enjoyed all of it. Owner very good about communicating and check and check out procedure extremely simple. One drawback, during hotter summers can get warm in the middle of the day but usually most everyone was gone hiking or something at warmest part. Loft was also a bit warm at night. But many windows create a lovely breezy cross current from about five. o' clock on.
East side provides lovely sunrise view for those on east side of condo. Highly recommend. Midday warmth would be a non-issue in the winter during ski season. Exceptional place for skiing, right off Old Mammith road in the meadow.with views all around. Master bath has an amazingly huge oval shaped bath tub with jets.

The bathrooms didn’t have granite countertops, but who cares, it’s a cabin. The multitude of beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need. It’s just down the street from the grocery store and just a bit further to the village. We will be coming back again next year!

We loved this house. The recent one star review is ridiculous. There was a ton of space. We had 7 people, but the max of 12 would have easily fit. The bathrooms didn’t have granite countertops, but who cares, it’s a cabin. The multitude of beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need. It’s just down the street from the grocery store and just a bit further to the village. We will be coming back again next year!
