The entire family loved it. Plenty of space; great location. The house is fully equipped with everything you could ever need.
The pool is great and the kids loved it, were in it most of the day.
Right next to Siam park too, could walk there.
Everything about the place was brilliant and we will definitely be back.

and some appliances were in need of replacement/upgrade.

We loved this villa plenty big for big family group 3 different outside areas, pool , nice barbecue area and the view from the roof terrace are amazing (photo attached). Also besides Siam Park and near everything.
Could do with fixing pool table and new pool cues.

The villa itself is very nice. Very spacious. Lots of seating areas. Comes with everything you could possibly need. The location is very good, right beside Siam Park and very close to many shops, bars and restaurants. Can't think of any negatives about the place, maybe other than the big hill.

Nice terrace with a sea view, enough space for a big family to spend time there. Enjoyed a pool table as well as playing darts. Good location.
Villa and everything in it look much better in pictures than in reality, most probably pictures are taken long time ago.
We were disappointed most with bedrooms since only two of them have a bed, a window, four walls and a door. The third room is equipped with a second kitchen (which we did not have a need to use) and a sofa, which is suitable to sleep, so it was more or less OK, having in mind that this room has a window and a door. One more bedroom is located on a ground floor, it is connected to a living space and has only curtains instead of a door and a part of a wall. Two bedrooms are located at the basement with no windows and also missing one wall and doors, having curtains instead.
