Host was very friendly and attentive. Responses came within minutes with info about beaches, restaurants, recommendations. The house is digital, you open with your phone - extremely convenient. Furthermore the host can turn for you the A/C or heating remotely before you arrive as we were coming from the beach in Cabo de Gata in August and it was quite warm (very welcoming and practical to have the necessary comfort without misusing energy consumption). Really nice apartment.

The apartment needed few small things maintenance which the host took them gladly and noted for improvement.

Everything! This apartment is located only metres away from the beach on one side, and the main road with all it´s facilities only a few metres away in the other direction. Plenty of street parking. Lift to the 11th floor. Fab open plan kitchen, dining, living room with all that you can need for an enjoyable stay plus 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We will definitely return!
