Perfect location for visiting Orkney attractions. Top quality accomodation. We have self catered for over 30 years and this was the best accommodation we have ever had, even better than luxury Timeshare.

Fantastic property, so many thoughtful little details in the welcome pack and in the decor. Particularly enjoyed that there was an Orkney band playing on cd for our arrival, and the local recommendations were great.

great apartment and very comfortable for three nights . enjoyed being able to have dinner in fur a couple of nights and catch up on washing . loved the puffin mugs and pottery vases with both dry and fresh flowers

I received a personal message from Sheena on the day of arrival to advise on keys etc.
We arrived to find a hand written card on the door. Orcadian music playing and warm lighting on inside. A delicious welcome pack of Orkney goodies too!

Only 5 min to Kirkwall, but in the middle of the countryside, so quiet and peaceful with beautiful views and everything you could possibly need. We would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended Sebay Mill to several friends and family members.

The location was ideal for everything we wanted to see on the mainland.Close to Kirkwall which has lots of facilities and easy travel to and from airport.Beautiful apartments with all we needed .A bonus to be able to view a nearby farm once lived in by my great-great grandparents.Lots of information in Peedie Kiln about places of interest and history of Orkney.Ideal in every way.
Everything was fantastic even the weather was good.Perhaps a lighter tog duvet for the summer would be useful although I do appreciate that the weather can be cool.

Seabay Mill was an excellent base for us - very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Enjoyed our trip to Orkney and would definitely recommend as a great base.

The building was an old mill that had been refurbished to an excellent standard.
Our apartment was great. It was split over two levels with the open plan lounge/kitchen & dining area all in one.
It was very comfortable and clean.
We would certainly go back if we are ever back in Orkney.

The cottage was exceptionally well provided for in terms of kitchen utilities and it was very clean and well looked after and it was only minutes from the airport. There was no noise from aircraft. We had gales and rain whilst we were there so we knew that the property was well insulated and warm.
