I liked everything. Polite and well-trained staff (speak German and English). Clean room, good shower facilities, hairdryer. The room was very quiet, I slept really well. The is a closed parking lot in the courtyard with access codes, which is very convenient. Breakfasts are wonderful: vegetables, sausages, salads, yogurts, kefir, juices, additional hot meals, fruits, and pastries. 10% discount for a local restaurant (I haven't visited, so couldn't rate). To Balaton go 3 minutes walking.

Hotel Diana is located in a quiet part of Siofok, about 20 minutes away from the vibrant Petöfi street. The lake is just nearby. The hotel itself is quite ordinary, but the restaurant is excellent, we have particularly enjoyed venison dishes. The guests of the hotel have a 10% discount there.

Good location. Spacious rooms. Cheap

We were not allowed in the superior rooms because we traveled with a baby (nowhere specified). The staff barely spoke english. We wasted half an hour to get the rooms (because of the superior room misshapes). We finally received a standard room (bathroom ok, room renovated, but the carpet and walls were already stained, did not feel very clean, pillow uncomfortable). The breakfast was very poor (cheap and few varieties).

Nice small hotel with own restaurant (very good kitchen), small pool, really clean room and near to the Balaton lake.

Distance to the center is 20 mins by walk but it´s fine to have a short exercise before or after dinner :)
