Very skinny road to get there.

The location is perfect for a couple of days in the old town. The building is lovely and lots of outside space to rest and chill. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I did let them know that I was vegan but the breakfast was very limited for me and the coffee wasn't good!

Location and beds

Whole property need some update/renovation. Coffee machine in room was broken. Towels were old.

Access via tight streets, ok if you are happy with that.

Great location. Welcoming and efficient staff. Lovely hotel but the bathrooms need updating, should have an independent shower especially for people who might have a problem getting into a bath to have a shower. Bed very comfortable. Great choice for breakfast but no fresh orange juice. Hotel is spotless credit to the cleaning staff and I loved the idea of a free drink if you didn’t get your room serviced!

Una noche en la que unos clientes claramente bebidos hicieron de las suyas.

L’emplacement est super. Au calme tout en étant proche de tout ( restos, sites à visiter, et ). Possibilité de se garer dans la grande avenue avec un grand véhicule. Chambre premium confortable Animaux acceptés 🙏 Le personnel est tout simplement adorable.

Grande salle de bain mais une toute petite baignoire /douche qui a déjà beaucoup trop vécu. Une grande douche à l’italienne serait bien mieux !!! Les 35€ de supplément pour un petit chien qui n’est ni nourri, ni lavé, sans panier par l’hôtel. Je ne comprends pas le tarif.

La atención del personal, las instalaciones comunes son muy tranquilas y los huéspedes fueron respetuosos en cuanto a ruido. La ubicación es excelente.

El desayuno es quizás excesivamente caro teniendo opciones alrededor más que buenas para cubrir esta comida.

Ubicación ideal , pero difícil de llegar en coche

La ubicación en plena judería y en un edificio histórico. La habitación, cama y almohadas, muy confortables

Difícil acceder con el coche, a través de una calle muy estrecha. El parking tiene una rampa muy complicada.

THE POOL

Top-Lage, dennoch ruhig. Aufenthaltsbereich könnte netter sein, Personal immer freundlich und bemüht, Poolbereich kaum nutzbar. Frühstück eher durchschnittlich.

Einrichtung und Aufteilung - Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten eingeschränkt und wenig einladend. Frühstück war nicht sehr vielfältig, es fehlten definitiv gesunde und vegane Angebote.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad, personal muy atento y amable, habitación limpia y las instalaciones correctas. Sin duda repetiría!

No hay aire acondicionando personal por habitación, teníamos vamos y el hotel tenía prendido la calefacción y no hubo manera de apagarlo. Muy confuso la llegada al hotel con carro , por calles muy extrechas y el parking del hotel carísimo

Breakfast 19 Euros so we left the hotel each morning for a nice cafe which was close by.

Room decor very plain and no paintings or tiles/patterns or other decor. Window view was of top of plastic dome over breakfast area. No garden, no patio, no plants or flowers. No effort to make window view of internal square, more interesting.

Location is very good.

The reception was did not give us a double and two single beds at the check-in, stating that we have not requested for it which was untrue. Floor tiles chipped in one of the rooms. Dated room. Dripping sound from air conditioner.

The location is superb. The hotel is well laid out in the Jewish quarter. The woman that served us in the evening and helped at the pool was a treasure - very attentive and nice. The rooms were well laid out and we could open two rooms between ourselves and our boys. The beds were comfortable. The service in the reception was attentive and they helped us book restaurants that were top notch. They were also very helpful with the baggage.

Not much, but one of the bathrooms smelled of smoke when we arrived. It could be easier to find/ see opening times for meals.

Fantastic location, everything is walkable. Really appreciated the AC and pool during a hot August week!

The hotel itself it's nice, and its central location made it convenient for exploring the area. However, there were a couple of issues that I encountered during my stay. I book the day before my arrival and always make reservations with a flexible cancellation policy, My primary requirement for this trip was to have parking available for my car. I had called the hotel multiple times to confirm this before my arrival. Unfortunately, a road closure due to roadwork was implemented. but the hotel informed me of this change after the cancellation window had expired. While this was frustrating, I understood that these things can happen. Just before I arrived, I contacted the hotel again to ask about parking arrangements. They directed me to a parking facility where I could leave my car. I also requested assistance with my luggage, as I had quite a few bags to manage. To my surprise, I was told that no one was available to help. Instead, I was informed that the hotel was just a 5-minute walk away. I ended up lugging my bags up and down for those 5 minutes, only to discover during check-out that there was a more accessible entrance directly from the street – something the staff on the phone hadn't bothered to mention. The issues with parking arrangements and communication left me feeling a bit frustrated. It's important for hotels to provide accurate information and assist guests to the best of their ability, especially when unexpected changes occur.

The location was perfect! We absolutely loved the breakfast! There were so many fresh and healthy options that we'd never seen before. You could tell they really put a lot of time and effort into making sure the breakfast was great. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. The bathroom was huge! A big plus, especially with kids.

The only downside was the discomfort of the mattress and pillows. It would have been nice to have a mattress that wasn't so hard and thicker, fuller pillows.

Location and room was able to accommodate a single bed for my child
