good breakfast and good location adjacent beach

Staff were annoying. Entering the room when my wife was alone and inconsiderate. Sadly, we had to leave the resort 3 says early as my wife's father was taken into hospital in the UK. He subsequently passed away. The hotel booking was not refundable and we accepted that. However, when getting into the taxi to go to the airport, the reception staff rushed the taxi and demanded payment of BHT 200 or approx. £4 for two items that had been taken from the mini-bar the day before. We had overlooked a coke and a bottle of water in our rush to leave and in the circumstances, we were surprised that payment was demanded when we had paid for a further 3 nights accommodation. That was disappointing.

Wir waren das erste mal in Koh Samui und haben das Bo Phut und Spa ausgesucht. Wir haben es nicht bereut. Die ausgwählte Villa 402 mit einem grossen Swimming-Pool war herrlich. Die ganze Villa ist sehr gepflegt und durch das Hauskeeping in Schuss gehalten. Zu erwähnen ist ebenfals die Herzlichkeit des Personals. Meine Frau hat den Spa besucht und war begeistert. Die ganze Anlage befindet sich in einem wunderbaren Garten mit Blumen und Palmen.

Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis für die Villa befindet sich im oberen Bereich. Das wussten wir bereits im Voraus. Das Essen war gut aber in einigen Fällen noch mit Steigerungspotential. Leider wurde Die Villa neben uns für ein Wochenende and Party-People mit entsprechenden Lärmemissionen vermietet. Die Reklamtion im Front Office nützte wenig. Das müsste nicht sein..... Trotz allem würden wir bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Koh Samui das Hotel wieder wählen.

It is a place where you can rest—Garden, beach, food. Everything was good enough to come back. One word - beautiful. Breakfast in the morning - you can find EVERYTHING for your taste.! We brought 16 people to rest at this hotel, and each group member was delighted. The hotel is very close to downtown, so we had some time to explore around. Rooms!! Oh my God! They were amazing!!!! Just amazing !!! Bedrooms and bathrooms. If I could give that place 12 stars I would. Don't miss the opportunity to visit this hotel. It is one of the best ones, and I ve been traveling to Thailand quite a bit.

Wish we could stay longer!!! Weather. It was the circumstances that we didn't expect to experience. We didn't know that Kho Samui during November is not the best time to visit bc of storms. It was only our mistake. Next time we will get better time to visit Kho Samui. Despite that, the place is wonderful. We spent time next to the pool or did lots of sightseeing around the city.

Excellent location .. very friendly staff .

The whole place was awesome. Staff were so helpful & friendly. Great breakfast, garden, pool, cleanliness. Easy walk to fishermans village either by beach or road depending on your mood. Do try Sala Thai restaurant especially if they have live Thai music.

My wife found the bed a little hard.

Beautiful location

Staff were all incredibly polite and helpful. Rooms were immaculately clean. Lots of choice at Breakfast. The Pool is very nice. Gardens and grounds immaculately maintained. There is beach access straight off the pool area with a few SUPs and Kayaks you can use for free. It's an easy walk to bars and other hotels along the beach strip of Fisherman's Village either along the road or along the beach. The Hotel will readily organise one of their drivers to take you further afield, pick you up later or even drive you round the island if you want and the cost is very reasonable. The family all had a massage in the spa at the resort and the experience was just wonderful, the spa manager has been there some time and is very professional taking time to welcome clients and explain the different types of massage and essential oils

What's not to like. It's a personal choice but the resort was generally very quiet in the day and the evenings, with no "pool bar" atmosphere per se, but that depends what you want out of a holiday. If you want something more lively then some of the other hotels or Coco Tams beach bar have more atmosphere and are good to visit, but if you really want more night life then you should stay in Chaweng instead
