We spent fantastic and unforgettable days here... Breakfast on the terrace, sunset from bed, private bubble bath, shared cave bath... and an unparalleled panorama from morning to evening. We didn't want to go to bed at night because we regretted the time we spend sleeping. Our suite was wonderful, clean and spacious, furnished with good taste. Our breakfast was varied and very tasty. We will be back!❤️

Beautiful Hotel close but not too close to the heart of Fira. The view is spectacular. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean and well kept. Staff are friendly and attentive. Personalised breakfast served each day to your room or balcony makes it the perfect place to stay.

Only suggestion is better curtains for bedrooms as doors and windows did not block out lights that were on at night. Everything else was spot on.

The hotel is located in the center of Fira. It is not reachable by car. You will need to walk up and down the stairs to explore the town. The hotel kindly arranged porter to help us carry our luggage. We stayed in a room with balcony, and the view was stunning! We loved everything during our stay.

We were very unlucky that during our stay, thunderstorm hit during midnight and there was electricity blackout across 1/3 of the town. We didn’t have any lights/electricity in our room throughout the night. This was not the hotel’s fault but they tried their best to help, such as bringing candle lights to our room.

We stayed for 3nights and had a room with hot tub with caldera view. Very spacious with living area, bedroom and a loft with another bed. Great view of caldera and very centrally located. Good breakfast options, and great service. We loved our stay here, and would recommend this place without any hesitation.

a bit exposed, we had a suite with private hot tub and patio, but there were people coming into our private area by accident, still it was awkward. also the hot tub is just a tub, no jets.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the centre of Fira. The views from the breakfast terrace were amazing. The rooms were small traditional houses set into the cliff which made them very atmospheric.

Staying in Fira involves scaling lots of steps. If you are not comfortable with climbing stairs you may want to rethink this as a destination for you. Given its location (clinging to a cliff edge) the hotel pools are generally quite small.

Very clean property, in a pretty setting with great staff. Large, spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Breakfast was really nice and is served on your terrace whenever you want it. Highly recommend this hotel for an authentic Fira experience - the views of the Caldera are stunning.

There’s a lot of steps in Fira, make sure the taxi driver drops you off at the top of the road next to the Atlantis Hotel (not next to the bus terminal, as you’ll have a long climb). Swimming pool was nice but a bit of a walk from the room and no umbrellas for shade.

Location is great in the center of Fira, sea view, nice swimming pool. the room is very big. Breakfast is amazing Hotel staff is so nice and give very good advise. we enjoyed so much our stay in that hotel

The views from the cafe and the roof top were amazing. We had a garden view room. It was very clean, and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. The porter who carried our bags down to the hotel and back up the hills and steps when we left was so helpful.

The bed is too hard for my liking, however my husband felt comfortable. The garden suite has no view at all. it’s a basement room with only daylight from the front entry. The swimming pool it tiny.

Bed was super comfy. Rooms are well maintained and staff very nice.
