The view and the location.
Issues with the plumbing and had to moved to a different room. Although, the room which I moved to, it also had plumbing issues with the shower. When you take shower, it became a pool and it is disgusting!

Great location, very nice crew, amazing view from the roof top.
The standard room is very small and isn't looking that nice, the a/c wasnt as good.

Great room with amazing view of the sea. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Easy location to visit the beach and city.

Simple breakfast, it lacks diversity of products.
I missed the regional food and beverages during the breakfast. Thought it was way too simple for a hotel so big and at such a nice location.

Location, staff, facilities.
Once again I had problems with the card keys which did
not work( happened last stay). Since Bourbon took over we
the facilities we always seem to have these small problems!

Super comfortable bed.
Extremely complicated and time consuming procedure to get the Wi-Fi.
Check-in and check-out take about 15 minutes each time even there is nobody else but you.
