Cette maison a une grande terrasse. 14 personnes au total. Grande cuisine avec bar. Deux salles de bain complètes. Bon pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles (avec enfants) et les grands groupes. Il n'y a plus de piscine, celle-ci ayant été supprimée pour un espace de pont supplémentaire. Si vous demandez moins de 7 jours pendant l'été, contactez-moi. Renter can pay attention to some basic items which we found in other rental place. Toilet tissue ran out and we couldn't find any storage.
May add cooking pots regulary needed for cooking.

This is such a cute house with a gorgeous view! Everything was clean and just as advertised. I had a question about something and the owner got right back to me. My husband and I had a very relaxing stay.

Property was clean and well maintained! Right on the beach and sitting on the deck and viewing the ocean was awesome!
The house has everything you need for your stay. Except toiletries, but we always bring our own stuff everywhere we go.

I wouldn't say that it felt exceptionally clean or was extremely well stocked. For the money, I would expect a living room lamp (at least one), WiFi, a working can opener, and a mattress where the springs don't pop you in the back whenever you turn over. Sheets in the main bedroom were worn out and didn't stay on the bed and the bedcovering was the wrong size. Touching up worn paint inside and sealing the floors in the bathroom (you could see daylight where the moulding met the wall) would go a long way to make the house feel like it is worth the price.

We had a great time, love the house, beautiful views, clean - everything you want in a beach house rental. We went to Surfside for my grandson's 17th birthday and he and his brothers (ages 15 and 18) loved it. Old Granny (me) was happy to sit on the porch and drink coffee or stroll to the beach and look for shells. The only thing that could be improved was communication. The email with unlocking instructions was sent after we already left home. There were unclear instructions for wifi and how to unlock the garage. We had an email with a password for wifi, but no idea which network it belonged to. We had no way to ask the owners because we didn't bring computers that had vbro passwords on them - no phone number was provided. Not acceptable.

We love staying at this beach house. Great front row location, awesome view and super clean! The owners are very responsive and accommodating. We had everything we needed to enjoy our long Labor Day weekend. We cook all of our meals at the house and the kitchen is well stocked with needed utensils. Plenty of bath and hand towels. Perfect getaway house.

Best vacation ever.
Great vacation. This is our 3rd visit to the coast and it was the best. Spotless clean, plenty of kitchen items, A deck where you can sit in the shade or out in the sun, and an awesome view of the ocean. Even had a pantry so we didn't have to have food on the counter. I wish they had a table for six instead of four, but there was room at the counter. I will definitely be looking for this place again on our next trip. Thanks again .

Location, location, location. This one has it. The house was perfect for our small family get away. Everything we needed was there. The walk to the beach was about 40 yards away from the house. View was beautiful and there were a few restaurants within walking distance. We played about 1000 games of cards on that dining table. Perfect stay.

Great Location!
This property is equidistant from the Yucca St beach entrance and the Beachfront Deck Bar & Grill. While there were a couple of issues with the house, they were taken care of quickly and professionally. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful family vacation. There were a couple of maintenance and cleanliness issues which the manager addressed immediately following our stay. Communication was excellent. The deck was very nice with lots of outside furniture.

We had great time at this amazing location. We had some issues with the key not working for the front door upon arrival but we were eventually able to get in. Other than that we had an excellent experience.

Property impacted by Texas Freeze, responsive owner
Inquired prior to arrival if property ok After Freeze, assured all okay. Several issues, cabinet door falling off - repair man sent, no electricity to dish washer - 2nd repair man sent, will return to address other electric problems. requested we wash bedding on departure, major flood from washer in bathroom into bedroom and kitchen, got shut off but had to mop up to get to our things to leave, water ran thru floor to area were cars parked. Electric issues with no outside lighting, ceiling lights, fan. Owner extremely responsive in addressing issues ( impressive) but property was not ready for rental after storm. Owner has advised making adjustment to rental rate and we will be contacted. Sorry she has experienced these problems as result of freeze up

Katherine was amazing to work with. This house was a dream to stay in. Perfect location, right on the beach. Very clean and very comfortable beds. We loved sitting out on the porch and listening to the sound of the waves. Will definitely be back!
