Situé à Mission Beach, ce attractif copropriété pour 672 € par nuit est un fantastique choix pour votre prochain pause Vous êtes en vacances de détente commence la minute où vous marchez dans la porte! Les vues sont incroyables. Cette propriété se trouve sur Mission Bay Boardwalk, surplombant la plage de sable et les bateaux à voile amarrés dans l'eau. Nous aimons nous asseoir sur le pont et griller et regarder les feux d'artifice Sea World dans les chaudes nuits d'été. L'unité est très lumineuse aussi ... tant de petits bungalows pittoresques sur la plage sont sombres ... mais cet endroit vous fait sourire à la minute où vous vous réveillez avec sa luminosité.
Impeccablement entretenus, les aménagements sont infinis, y compris les planchers de bois franc de noix de pécan, les fenêtres du sol au plafond, une terrasse prolongée avec un coin salon surdimensionné donnant sur la baie. Certaines caractéristiques sont les fenêtres à double vitrage qui le rendront calme et confortable pour vos nuits de vacances et la caractéristique de la plage rare de A / C vous gardera au frais pendant que vous dormez la nuit! Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse et un garage pour 2 voitures aussi!
La cuisine est équipée pour la préparation des repas, les repas et les divertissements. Le salon et toutes les chambres sont équipés d'un écran plat, câble, (DVR / HD). Les lits sont doux et confortables et le canapé, même s'il n'a pas de sortie, est assez grand pour accueillir un adolescent endormi ou 2! La suite principale dispose d'une grande baignoire et d'une douche séparée. La deuxième chambre a un lit de repos et une baie vitrée avec vue sur la baie. Troisième chambre a son propre bain ainsi et une petite terrasse privée.
Vous entrez dans cette unité au 2ème étage de ce bâtiment de 3 étages, attendez 2 volées d'escaliers. Cet étage contient une chambre avec une salle de bain complète. Marcher tout droit en haut au 3ème étage et regarder avec étonnement à la vue magnifique. Ce niveau accueille la chambre des maîtres, chambre d'amis avec 2 lits jumeaux et le salon, cuisine, salle à manger et grand balcon ouvert ... parfait pour les spectacles de feu d'artifice SeaWorld! Vous ne voudrez plus jamais partir!

Great location overlooking the bay. The bay is outside the door. The ocean and beach walk is also very very close. This may be the best location to access the bay and the ocean. Easy walk to convenient store, restaurants, Belmont Park, etc. We walked to The Mission restaurant. Fantastic brunch!! So much California sunshine comes through the glass door wall, it is perfection. Open the doors to a nice breeze. I could stay here forever. Listing photos and description were accurate. Management communication was ok. They send automated messages but were non responsive otherwise.

We stayed at this unit for our son's wedding in San Diego and unfortunately, didn't end up with the time to play at the beach that we had hoped for! Positives: *Amazing communication before, during and after stay. provides an online book that gives all the info needed to plan trip *So well stocked for beach play: SUP boards, boogie boards, sand chairs, toys and cooler *Beautiful views to wake up to! Negatives: *SO many stairs-if you can't handle stairs, this isn't the unit for you. *The unit below us was being renovated and they began pulling tiles off the wall at 7:00AM both Saturday and Sunday mornings. I actually went down there on Sunday morning as it was constant banging-luckily, this would probably only affect stays currently *The unit is clean, but is definitely showing wear and is getting in need of some updates.

This property was actually perfect! Very clean, beds were comfy, had everything we could want to cook, go to the beach etc. Have absolutely no complaints at all about this property. Great location, it was our first time staying on the bay side and we loved it. Close to the ocean and definitely more peaceful and relaxing.

This unit was perfect for our family group of three couples. Some of the highlights were the glass walls and doors facing the bay so we could watch the SeaWorld fireworks every night and one night there were a school of stingrays feeding at the edge of the bay! The deck was perfect for coffee in the morning and reading books when we needed down time. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking our own meals easy. It was a very quick walk to the ocean with the bonus of a wagon, chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella supplied in the garage. This was a wonderful place to stay, would definitely book again!

My family stayed here for a week of our spring break, and had the most wonderful visit. The home was beautiful, with the most breathtaking views of the bay! The home was extremely clean, and owner provided everything you could need. The location was excellent…we walked to everything. We will definitely stay here when we come back to San Diego.

This condo was large and had a great layout. The biggest plus was its beautiful bay view. It was well equipped and had plenty of space to spread out. It could use a little sprucing up-paint is chipping, window is cracked, one bed is very hard. Overall, it was wonderful

We loved our stay. It is a sanctuary. Once you enter, you leave behind the world. The view is stunning and is incredible to wake to every morning and enjoy at sunset each evening. Spotless, has everything you need, very comfortable and well decorated. Plenty of space. Communication was efficient and thorough. We definitely will return as our son relocated to San Diego.

Really great place on the bay with a beautiful view. We had 3 couples so it was nice to have our own bathrooms. We would definitely stay again. Warning if you have a large vehicle, you will need to park a bit sideways in the garage. 🙂

The location and amenities that this beautiful home affords was just what we needed for a long overdue vacation. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to eat in and the location was perfect for nearby dining out when we wanted to go out. We used the paddleboards and other beach toys to fully entertain ourselves on the beaches. We walked to Belmont Park numerous times for adventures and more fun! Booking, check in, check out, and any needs that were communicated were always responded to efficiently and with courtesy. The view from our “perch” was perfect for both wildlife and people watching. We would definitely love to return to this home for a future vacation!

The first thing that captured our attention: the spectacular views of Mission Bay from the main living area . And there are also views of the ocean from the Master suite. The owner was very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process of property search, booking and check-in. The house was very clean and bedding and linens and towels were excellent condition and in ample supply. Beds were very comfortable. We are VRBO property owners , and I was very impressed with the thoughtful storage details in every room, especially the kitchen. Pots, pans, dishes cabinets, etc. are very organized & in fantastic shape. This is not often the case in rental properties! The living area and dining room was furnished very comfortably. The temperature was 80-90 degrees for part of our stay and the central A/C was wonderful. We were very comfortable and felt very much at home. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you!

This is a splendid place...it was perfect for 3 couples, us and our friends. Everything was well-stocked and we had lots of kitchen supplies to use. The house had an superb view of the bay and the ocean was only a 2 minutes walk away. The owner was very accommodating and responded very quickly to our requests. We would definitely recommend this house to anybody looking for a great stay.

Cindi was fabulous and any questions I had were answered promptly! The location is awesome and is walking distance from food, coffee and entertainment. Perfect for a girls weekend!

We live in San diego and LA and just wanted to get out cos of this covid19, we have confined ourselves for so long. It was a great staycation. Cathy, the manager is amazing, was available for questions and easy to reach. The house was large and was situated ideally overlooking the bay. We were able to witness a wonderful sunrise before we left. Quiet area, easy walk to the beach, stores and especially Starbucks. Priority. Would recommend to others and would come back.

Exactly what I was looking for. Quit, relaxing and beautiful view. Close to many types of food places. 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Steps from the marina. Checkin & checkout was easy. Cindy the property manager communicates quickly and is very accommodating to your needs. Can’t wait to go again.

From the moment we stepped foot into the property we felt as if we were in paradise. The home was as remarkable as advertised both in location/views and cleanliness. The amenities within the home more than met our needs. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and seasonings. We appreciated the boogie boards and beach chairs for our trips to the beach. The patio overlooking the bay was the perfect spot for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. I can’t say enough great things about our experience. We definitely hope to be back!!

This place was great for my family of four. Everything was well-stocked with beach towels in the bedrooms and ample kitchen supplies for use. The house had an amazing view of the bay and the ocean was only a few minute walk away. The owner was very nice and very accommodating for my family. Overall, I would definitely recommend this house to those looking for a nice getaway.

This place is amazing! I’ve stayed at a few Airbnb or Vrbo properties and was beginning to lose faith in the reviews. This place really is 5 stars! Amazing view with lovely outdoor seating on the balcony area, great location and very walkable to lots of restaurants and shops, fully stocked with great amenities in the kitchen, lots of extra linens. The management company communicates very well and checks in to make sure your stay is going well. There is also a binder with instructions and tips that was helpful. The unit has 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms attached. One bedroom is on the downstairs portion on the unit. The 2 downsides are: 1) lots of stairs - main floor is on the 3rd level (which can be difficult with luggage/groceries) 2) lots of rules about being quiet - we’re a pretty quiet and small group and the next door neighbor yelled up at us about the metal gate after closing it loudly 1 time and then called the management to complain. Even with the downsides, we would definitely stay at this property again and I highly recommend it!

This is a beautiful property, ideally located to La Jolla, Point Loma, and Coronado. The beach on one side with the activity there and views on the quieter side toward the bay. Cindy even made sure there was a hand mixer to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner.

I stayed here with my family for a week. The house is very nice and comfortable. There are several stairs, just something to be aware of if you have young children. The house faces the bay. The house has an awesome view. The boardwalk on the bay has less traffic then the beach Boardwalk, which was nice and allowed my toddlers to ride their scooters. The beach is in walking distance. The house is equipped with every item you can possibly need. We would definitely stay here again.
