Maison récemment rénovée avec casita individuelle. House est situé au coeur du centre-ville, qui a accès à de nombreux nouveaux restaurants, brasseries, centres commerciaux et un accès facile à la I40. Il est situé à environ 15 minutes de la fiesta en ballon et à 10 minutes du centre-ville. La maison est disponible à des dates très précises. Si quelqu'un a un intérêt, je serais heureux de discuter plus en détail. Actuellement, il est uniquement disponible à des dates spécifiques, mais si vous êtes intéressé par un 4 et des mises à jour, envoyez-moi un message à discuter avec suffisamment de temps à l'avance.

...so I can keep it all to my own as I am a regular visitor to ABQ.
First the bad: the location is nowhere near the touristy areas. You'll need a car. But since everywhere is 15 minutes from everywhere else in ABQ (barring traffic), that's not a problem. Plus, it is a block from a major street. I did notice the traffic noise on FRI night, but that was it.
Now the good: everything else. A comfortable, tastefully decorated home with amenities galore. Ideal for larger families, my wife and I rented Nicole and Orus's place with the intent of my in-laws joining us. They didn't but we're still glad we had the home.
Do yourself a favor and rent this wonderful home.

I rented this place to stay at while visiting family in the area and as a post pandemic escape. This is a must book property! The house is charming and cozy. The casita is perfect for hot yoga. Lola is very friendly. The backyard is absolutely wonderful. Such a wonderful place to relax in the morning and evening. Hummingbirds visited often and I could view them from a bedroom window as well as the yard. So many fruits and vegetables growing in the backyard to admire. The yard lights up well at night and can be used for family time. The hot tub area is wonderful. My sister said the house even felt like a vacation for her despite her living nearby!
