Clean, lovely big room, kitchen nice and little garden for morning coffee. Very quiet. Laundry room was wonderful.

Good location, ~5 minutes away from the closest train station. Plenty of food options available nearby, including both traditional Japanese food and more standard affairs such as burgers. The rooms are spacious. The ground floor has a vending machine available which provided useful when wanting a drink without venturing outside.

There were multiple instances of dust in very apparent places. One example: on top of the control panel for the toilet, there was a clear, thick strip of dust. Also: the panel underneath the sink repeatedly fell out during our stay. We eventually just rested it elsewhere so we didn't continue to hear a "clunk" every time it fell. Lastly, the reception area is only operated between certain times, and whilst you still can contact someone "out of hours", it's not the most convenient.

There was no room cleaning at all even though we stayed 6 nights. We also had to take trash to the basement ourselves. When we did laundry and it finished, without question the staff picked our clothes out of the washing machine.
