It was clean and room was large, bed was reasonably comfortable
Room had a funny smell, curtains didn't block out light properly, shower, barely needed cold water and then if flush toilet it goes cold.
Superficial updated, carpet was old, 1 night was enough. Reception uninviting.

Our room was really clean and well presented, no musty odour, and the room itself was extremely quiet. We woke at 7:30 to hear geese honking as they flew over. 100% recommend this property as an inexpensive accommodation option

i loved the lady at the reception, who made me and my siblings have a warm welcome stay. we spend our family Christmas early every year in Cobram! so I look forward to coming back again next year :) thank you
