Hotel is neat and clean. Environment is secure. Staffs are always in smiling face. 🙂
Staffs don't know English. Very very hard to communicate with them. You need to use your brain to convince them.

The staff is the most knowledgeable and willing to help. Virtually, they helped me with everything; if they couldn't answer my question they will do their research and make calls and find the solution. Amazing, guys, thank you very much!

Location was quite good, although I had to take a bus to get to the train station
Overpriced. The room smelled dirty. Breakfast was very poor, one of the worst I've had in Sri Lanka. The staff was not very helpful when I asked about transportation and advise, they were very young and looked shy.

Shower was not working well, it has broken .
They did not provide water bottles, i had to ask for it. Breakfast is not great
