The room was fine, not issues
I was charged and extra $600 in addition to the $300 for my one night stay...still trying to have my card refunded.

Went for a birthday getaway and they overheard. Brought cake, treats and a beautiful card up to the room while we were out!

Very nice hotel, great location to everything downtown. Very nice lobby bar that stays open late.
Beds were comfortable and room are modern and spacious!
Air Never gets very cool
Maintenance told us that if you leave your room and aren't there for a couple, no movement in room that the system shuts off.

Pool is TINY. Like it has 8 chairs because only a few people can fit in it.

Perfect location. Parking (for a fee) was convenient. Small swimming pool on the roof. All staff members were helpful and friendly. Very clean. Plenty of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance.

This place is fantastic! The employees are amazing! Big shout out to Marcelo for his hospitality! Everything was clean and well kept up! The parking garage was a little confusing at first but we figured it out 😁

There was trash and dirty dishes in the ice room on the floor. The same dishes and food sat int he same place our entire stay. The smell of pot was prevalent our last two days of our stay.

we were moved 2 different times and then found a roach in the room! management didn’t want to reimburse anything just wanted to move us again

The comfy beds, nice bathroom, large tv, AC unit in the room. The infinity rooftop bar and restaurant was so good. Not a large menu, but an amazing view and place to eat at the hotel. We really enjoyed that piece.
Extra things added on at check in (parking fee, etc.)... Kind of confusing getting around the hotel. The Wi-Fi had to be paid for which is ridiculous. The bottle of water we got charged for and did not even touch it and it was $5. Absurd

the entire 7th floor (possibly the other floors) has a sewage gas leak. it’s smells awfully and my room was a corner suite so I had to walk with my family all the way to the end of the hallway to get to our room. we could not hold our breath that long. also, although it may not be a big deal for others…they tried to make me pay for parking if I didn’t join their free to join club. it was my wife’s birthday. :(
