Everything about the property was exceptional. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them, especially Mika who prepared everything for us. They welcomed us warmly, with the cold water and apple juice in the fridge. She's got a cheerful personality with a great attitude to work and customers. Location of the flat is perfect, only 50metres from the pedestrian zone and the beach too. The flat was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean I would recommend to friends, and I will definitely stay again if Im back in Petrovac.

Great location so close to the beach and relatively flat. Our family of 4, kids 12 years old, stayed for a week. Apartment was well proportioned and great value for money in my view. Owners helpful and allowed us to stay longer on departure day before we caught our bus. Really enjoyed the stay.

It was clean.

It was too hot. The apartment is located at the hot floor and there is no AC unit in the bedroom. The lady who takes care of the property was entering the apartment without our permission. There was not enough towels, even when we asked for more she gave us only 3 towels. The towels were like sand paper. We complained about AC and she told us that we are wasting her time. There was no toilet paper. We needed to buy toilet paper. Even when we were leaving, the lady didn’t want to come to take keys so we needed to take car from garage park nearby and go back to apartment and leave keys there. The apartment wasn’t properly shown in the pictures.

Perfect location, very clean, private garage. Mika, our host, was very helpful, kind and friendly and we thank her for that.

The building is rather warm and so is the apartment. The position of the apt. allows little air circulation. There is air-con in the living room, but the main unit is on the terrace, so if you are a group and one wants to stay in air conditioned space, and the other wants to be on the terrace, that won’t be possible. We would say that - in this “cooling” sense - the apt. is ideal for two people.

Very close to beach,market ,restorans bakery is under the apartment,to all things you need.Kitchen is fully equipped (fully).Parking is in the building next to you 10m.you can use roof of the building its wonderfull in the night.

Having garage access as parking a big problem. Cooking facilities very good for an evening in.

Air conditioning in bedroom.

Fantastic location. Clean and modern. Large balcony with great views and decent for people watching too. Good communications with owner throughout.

Bathroom could be better set out.
