Convenient studio close to the center of Potsdam. Clean and quite large, comfortable beds.
Parking slots are 9 euros extra per night.

Location was very convenient to reach the old town and the sanssouci park; room was clean, the facilities were adequate (towels, kettle, toaster, a stove with a sink and even a toaster). The host did not speak English but was very friendly. I could book parking space at the courtyard.

No staff to greet us in person and language barrier. We are English speaking and staff didn't understand our questions over speaker at the door

The staff aggressively knocked on my room door at 8am in the morning when I didn't answer immediately while I was half asleep, someone just unlocked the room and walked in while I lay in bed in shock. Then the person was surprised that I was there and ran out again. it was the most horrible hotel stay i have ever had. I had a business appointment at 10:00 am and wanted to sleep in so I could arrive fresh at the appointment. That was then no longer possible. I also had to digest the shock first.

The location was great, you can find everything you need around, and meanwhile you're so close to the main tourist attractions.
The reception was simple and uncomplicated. The guy was kind and welcoming.

I really enjoyed staying here. The place was recently renovated, so everything was new; also it was very clean. Location is very convenient, near from the central station, not far fom the city center. I would recommend this place

The staff was extremely friendly and the location was very central to all major sightseeing places and the main train station. It is nothing fancy but it covers all the basic needs to include a private bathroom, a kitchen sink, some appliances and dishes, a refrigerator, and a small cable-enabled TV.
only 1 pillow per person provided. inside wall next to kitchen sink could be cleaner

Apartment 1 ground floor - no transparent curtains or frosted glass. Other guests can look directly at the beds. You have to keep the dark curtains closed. In the bathroom you can also look through the window when it is dark and you have the light on. So we had to keep the light off. This could be significantly improved.

Super friendly and helpful staff; simple and uncomplicated check-in; very clean and cozy; and super warm :)
Maybe it is due to the Corona, but almost no staff in the facility; however, they are always available on the phone and ready to help with everything.
