Very Comfortable, relaxing and great breakfast, close to Ajman City Centre. Staff very welcoming and courteous.

Overall the hotel is kind of old
Poor internet
At night I can hear noise and music coming from outside
I request for extra matters and it took them 40 mins to bring it
I requested to clean the room but No one came
The main door and toilet door is not closing properly

Customer service is on a different level and special recognition goes to the madam at the reception probably she is from Sudan. I can't remember the name so well but she had a smile on her face from the time I approached the door till when I was allocated the room.

Even when the room was not comfortable to me the hotel give me 3 rooms to choose the most suitable one once they were vacant
The place is very close to city center Ajman mall so all your needs are fulfilled
The furniture is a bit old-fashioned
