Fantastic location with a lovely sea view. You can get to Downtown Pepeete in about 15 minutes or less depending on traffic. Airport is just a few miles away. Great public beaches are 15 minutes away. The Carrfour( like Walmart) is a few miles away also. The apartment is very comfortable. There is everything you need to cook, plus a few spices. There was a bottle of water, pineapple juice, coffee and tea for my use. The host Michael and Estelle are the kindest. The internet had an issue and they worked on it and kept me notified of the progress. I felt very safe and the parking is assigned. I appreciated the personal service to get me to the apartment. It's very difficult to find for the first time. I was very lost and Michael came to me and I followed him to the location. I also rented a car with them, which they delivered to me. It was a lovely brand new small S.U.V which was wonderful to drive. Micheal also gave me a ride to the airport. Which I appreciated so much. The pool was cool and refreshing after a long day of shopping and sight seeing. I was very comfortable as a solo female traveler. There is enough space for up to four people if needed. Air conditioning was very good. Tahiti has wonderful public beaches. The jeep tour through the island seeing waterfalls, rivers and gorgeous scenery is highly recommended. The market in Pepeete was so fun. I went twice and shopped. If you don't have the budget for the Pearl market, you can get some fantastic pearl jewelry at the Pepeete Market. All grades. I did a eight hour drive around the island and visited historical sights, beaches and anything that caught my eye on the side of the road. Stop along the way. Fruit. Breads, pastries, flowers, crafts and barbecue. Great prices and support the local people. Every one is friendly and kind. Be a good traveler or tourist. Slow down, respect the land, and people. You'll have the greatest time.

The difficulty finding the apartment. I suggest more detailed mapping and directions. The kitchen needs large glasses for drinks. Like 18-24 ounce size. And a couple plastic ones if you want to take a beverage to pool. Adding some small facial cleansing cloths and hand towels for the bathroom and shower rooms. I had to use a kitchen towel. Some of the kitchen towels need to be retired to rags.

The apartment had several shabby aspects with broken or worn furniture (mirror badly cracked, closet doors off the tracks, peeling futon, bathroom with no shower nozzle bracket) as well as safety concerns (loose and sparking electrical outlets, exposed wiring and badly functioning microwave). The 2 BR apartment did not have air conditioning in the main living areas. I booked this as a 9+ rated apartment and I was disappointed.

Perfect location! situated in a gated community on a hillside about 2-3 minutes drive from the main road, the condo had a gorgeous view from our balcony. Loved the spacious rooms and facilities (self contained apartment). Had everything we needed for our stay as we were always on the go! Lovely, quiet property with own carpark. Estelle was very helpful and accommodating. Close to the airport (5 mins) and to Papeete (city, 10 mins). Definitely be back to stay!

Perhaps more lighting on the driveway to and from the property, quite dark at night. Need a torch if you're walking, athough there were light switches in the garage and on the walkways to the apartments.

Spacious and well equipped apartment for two in small gated complex. Very safe and secure. Lots of staples provided such as milk, tea, coffee, cooking items. Big balcony with comfortable seating and views out to sea. Small but inviting communal swimming pool. Located in best area ion Tahiti and very close to marina which has three very good restaurants (walkable in 15 / 20 mins if you have a torch and are prepared to walk along busy roadside). Very accommodating host - even gave us a lift to the ferry terminal when we left.
